This CVS is terrible. Staff are clearly not here to work. I sat in the pharmacy drive through trying to get their attention, but they completely ignored the window. Go to Walgreens around here instead. You will get better service, it's cleaner, and the pharmacy drive through has lighting. This store needs to be closed and turned into something better. Its not any better inside.

This location is the worst. ALWAYS has Covid tests at the drive thru with only one drive thru access. This store is so over crowded it makes me feel claustrophobic. They only have one register open in the front of the store and it's self service. They keep the other registers closed. Ridiculous. I never go in to purchase but I have to deal with the pharmacy line because my insurance requires me to use CVS.

Went in to pick up my prescription this afternoon. It needed to be reworked because the price needed to be adjusted. I was told there were Covid test people and vaccinations in front of me and that it would be 30minutes or more before I could have my prescription adjusted. The new hire in the pharmacy didn't know how to make the adjustment. So I was there, waiting and the new hire asks if he can help me. I tell him the scenario and the head pharmacist hears us and starts treating me like I'm a big inconvenience to her. I ended up transferring my prescription to Walmart and I'm getting it much cheaper so a win-win for me but I don't understand why the rude treatment. I wasn't complaining, just waiting.

First time coming to this location. Me and the girlfriend wanted to grab a few things since we were shopping around checking things out. Overall average CVS prices here aren't bad but the prices are much better here than a local Walgreens. Overall average selection of products like you can find at any CVS store. Parking is easy to find. They got a drive thru too.

Called today to buy heat therapy patches. This CVS would not allow me to drive through pick up and they do NOT provide any curbside pickup. For anything! Even during covid. Astounding.

FAST service! They stated that the prescription would be filled in five minutes. Drove there in ten minutes, and it was waiting.

The girls scouts were supposed to sell cookies here. This was approved by the old manager months ago. A new manager came in and canceled all of the booth sales last minute effecting numerous local groups. The girls really count on this to support the cause. It is a shame that this CVS does not support our young girls or the community. I will never shop there again.

I routinely send money thru Moneygram through the store. The Cashier knows who i am. But was very condescending towards me of why I was sending money to certain country. I send money all the time like once or twice a month. To my family in this other country. He made his feelings felt. As i tried to explain to him a aging white man long gray haired. I know how he feels about people be taken advantage of but he didnt give me chance to explain what mt relationship to this person is. And why am I sending so much money out. I felt dehumanized because the fact my girlfriend from Asia. I felt like at a loss and angry he even rolled his eyes at me. I think next time get his manager up their to h e lp him understand he needs to his job. Be honest half the people dont know how to help. I dont blame them how they feel but it is their job to service customers even if they dont want to

This pharmacy is the worst! If I could give zero stars I would. They always seem to be confused and never have a legitimate answer. It doesn't matter if you talk to them on the phone, go to the drive up or in store, there is always at least a 5-10 minute wait. Some of them are rude and others are nice but no matter what they are slow. I receive text messages from them way too many times a month. I have had the same prescriptions forever and can't seem to get them all ready at the same time. They text to say they are ready and when I get there they tell me only part of them are ready and the rest will be ready tomorrow. WTF! if you can count 30 pills out tomorrow why couldn't you do it today or wait till tomorrow to text me. I just called to find out about a prescription that should have been ready 2 days ago and the answer was, as always, "we are working on it now and it will be ready tomorrow" COME ON CVS! get it together. Hire more staff or more get more competent staff!

This pharmacy s outrageous, they never answer the phone. I called the pharmacy to see if my doctor had called in a prescription for me 3 times today. The calls were 3 hours apart. Each time I was in hold, first time 11minutes, then 10 u, then 14 minutes. Each time I just hung up as no one answered. UGH !!!! This is just unacceptable. Then frustrated, I called cv s corporate customer service. After holding for 12 minutes i hung up. What terrible customer service.

One-armed Inbred meth addicted chimps could run this pharmacy better than the current staff. Place used to be great, but a lot of turn over in the pharmacy staff. I never see the reliable pharmacy employees anymore. Current pharmacists are useless, most are polite a couple are straight up rude. If you love unexpected problems when filling important prescriptions go here! Serious issues everytime. Staff is always confused cant seem to understand their basic jobs. When they can't figure out what's going on they just check the computer and blame the doctor for the problem. Once had a pharmacist LIE because she couldn't answer my question. Sent me on a wild goose chase across town to get script filled. Told me she called another CVS and they had it in stock. When I got there the new pharmacist was puzzled. Never got a call didn't have it in stock couldn't figure out why I was told they had the medicine In Stock. If I was this bad at my job I would get fired!
