Instead of allowing customers to select and look at various jeans the female worker with long dark hair would stand in front of the display and not allow it. She followed us around the store and insisted on selecting the jeans because she was folding them. If we walked to a different section she did the same thing- needs to be re-trained, she’s stopping customers from spending money. If she can’t handle folding jeans find another job.

Prior to Saturday, November 30th, I had not visited an Old Navy in over 20 years. With that being said, my visit was quite pleasant due to the great attitudes of the check-out staff. I WILL definitely revisit this location.

Very misleading signage. items marked as 50% off that are really just 25% off, and other items placed in clearance and that don't ring up as such. Out of 4 items that I wanted to buy, only 1 rang up with the listed promotion. Basically none of it is worth full price, so it's a little disappointing.

I don’t really shop in store because they don’t have my size. But they are super easy to return with when I shop online. Staff is friendly.

My husband cant see very well and he asked an employee if there was a place to seat while i was shopping. She asked sombody else if there was a chair for this old man seat...thats rude. We lived right way. Thats nothing wrong to be old, But , for sure it is something wrong with someone that treat people like this.

I guess inclusive sizing stopped at this location, could not find anything larger than a xl and those were few and far between. Disappointing after Old Navy’s big campaign on body positivity.
