Had a Great experience buying my sons 2022 Ranger Tremor from Charles I went back and ordered a 2023 Escape in October of 2022 whit some delayes from Ford it came in in May and Once again Charles was Great. Once again. I ordered a 2024 F-150 Tremor in September but this time I knew it was going to be awhile because the release date wasn’t till the end of the year. Charles once again kept me updated on it every month. You just don’t get service like this. I worked at a ford dealership for a few years. There is a reason why I purchased 3 vehicles from Packy Web.the process was made so easy explained everything to you let you be make the right decision to fit your family and budget explaining all the finance options And making sure that you were gonna be happy when you left there with a Packy Web vehicle there was none of this stuff of. Oh I gotta go ask my manager and all this other stuff. The deal was done right at the desk. I did get the meat the manager, Chris he’s an outstanding guy down the Earth talks to you and treat you respect In the finance office was SIMPLE in and out in under 30 minutes you weren’t sitting there waiting for everything everything wasn’t explained to you through the finance office with the finance gentleman. Just the way a dealership needs to be ran great job Packy Web and thank you very much for helping me and my family with our vehicles. We will be Packy Web family for the rest of our life. Sold us a lemon, they never checked this car. Just replacing item after item! Their mechanic missed bald tires in the middle of all tires! I told them it sounded wrong. They got their money and basically could care less! We didn’t buy the warranty so that’s their excuse for selling a shitty car.

This was my first time to have my car serviced by Packey Webb for my F150. They exceeded my expectations. The service tech had the car diagnosed and fixed in less than an hour. They did only what was needed and didn’t upsell anything on this trip. The truck was purchased from a local competitor so I was amazed at their professionalism when dealing with me. They are my go to guys once again.
