It was my first time coming here, they didn’t have the cat litter brand that I saw on their website. They told me I can order it online and have it shipped there to pick up. It’s kind of a hassle. Other than that, the employees were pleasant and helpful. I was able to pick up some Tidy Cats at a reasonable price.

I'm an aquarium hobbyist and got a Platy with discount weeks ago due to remodeling at this store. The fish is beautiful but came with a parasite (white spots on the body). This store should pay attention on their fish overall health because I visited again to get some fish food and besides I liked the remodeling of the fish tanks, the health issues are still there, some of the poor fishes were covered with that white spots. For a hobbyist like me sometimes it could be frustrating treating new fish with health issues, I can't imagine regular people or kids that just want an aquatic friend for a home tank. Good fish variety, just check their wellness more regularly.

Used to take my senior dogs here because they had a wonderful groomer who “loved “ working on dogs. Haley worked on My one dog until he died and my other who’s almost 16, was coming. Mind you she has no physical ailments besides being old and slow. They called to confirm, never mentioning that they were unsure if they could take my dog based on “her behavior last time” and how “hard it was”- details never mentioned to me.
After almost turning us away, and being extremely cold to us, (my dog was in fine condition, not sick, just panting from excitement ) I begged bc I told her it was the last time they’d ever see us, and my damn dog deserved a dignified bath and trim and physically nothing was stopping her. She’s simply old and needs a little extra time and care which they seemed less than interested in doing. And after the rude behavior of Haley it was easy enough to decide we’d never be back.
As predicted they did the bare minimum. And still had the nerve to charge us full price.
If someone would have warned me before hand I wouldn’t be so enraged but we have been loyal to this groomer bc she was the only one who cared to take care of my dog. Good to know that when it’s too much like work we toss aside senior dogs like we do senior people. Shameful. PetSmart in Darien did the same thing when they were even younger. Good to know you’re hiring badly all over town

I take my dog here for grooming and they are so nice and sweet to her. They talk so nicely to her and give her pets. Our groomers name today was Katy and she did a great job. Cada loves Katy!
