First, we are a Mazda family and this is the fifth Mazda we had happily purchased. It's a 2019 CX-5 with about 117,000 miles on it (purchased new). I brought it in last week when my engine light came on. It was diagnosed with losing compression in one cylinder and I was told the engine needed complete replacement. I found out it may be covered under both a class action lawsuit and an extended warranty because the issue that likely caused my engine to fail and need to be replaced was a known problem. But this dealership still has my car and they still refuse to do any major diagnostics to figure it out. They just want me to hand them $11,000 for an engine. And their communication is awful. After the first two days they didn't call me anymore unless I called them, and as of today it's been 4 days since they've tried to get a hold of me at all. I finally had to call Mazda corporate, and file a better Business bureau complaint. I haven't had my car for almost 2 weeks now. And I still have no idea what they are doing with it

Excellent service and experience. Mike and Jake in the service department are great. I highly recommend purchasing a car from this dealership and returning to their service department whenever needed. I haven't had any issues with the car, just a few upgrades and standard oil changes etc. But I've been exceptionally happy with Mazda, both the car and their staff. I will come back here for my next car. Truly outstanding customer service.

Kyle in the service department couldn’t have been a better help to us for our situation. The work we had done was covered under the Mazda warranty and Kyle had the work done in two hours, and was able to call a Lyft so I was able to get to and from the dealership while my car was there. Thanks Kyle!

Video showed me the work being done and employee went over everything that was found and what was recommended. Very helpful. Nice video and employee wanted to make sure I had seen it. No pressure for any service not needed.

First service on our CX 50 Hybrid. In and out in flash and washed it to boot. Hardly got the dealership password into my phone for the free internet and bang it was finished!

My fiancé just leased a 2025 CX-5 Carbon Edition from Castle Mazda and from the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming without being pushy—something we really appreciated. My sales consultant, Shirley Sanchez took the time to understand what my fiancé was looking for and walked her through several options that fit both her budget and needs. She was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and transparent about pricing, features, and financing which we very much appreciated. The test-drive process was relaxed, and she encouraged her to take the time getting a feel for the car. Once she decided on the vehicle, the paperwork was handled efficiently and very quickly. When we walked into the finance office, my fiancé and I were greeted by Ruben Mendoza who is one of the finance managers there. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made the process quick and easy. After signing paperwork, we walked into the service drive and saw the car parked, it was spotless, fueled, and ready to go. Shirley walked us through all the tech features and showed us a few more tricks about the car before we drove off. Overall, this was one of the best dealership experiences we’ve had and we’ve been to MANY dealerships.
