I had an excellent experience at the Downers Grove Red Wing store, thanks to David. He was extremely polite and went above and beyond to help me find the right pair of boots. I arrived close to closing time, but David didn’t rush me — he stayed late to make sure I found the perfect fit. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me. This kind of customer service is rare these days. I’ll definitely be returning to this location because of David’s professionalism and dedication.

Top Tier service, welcoming environment, and best selection. The gentlemen here are the best and know their boots. I live only a few miles from a couple other Red Wing stores, and I prefer traveling further to visit this store by far.

Went here to exchange boots that this store only had in my size with a receipt. Ronnie couldn’t help. I think it’s ridiculous that online it states 30 day returns/exchanges no questions asked and he couldn’t honor it. Now I have to make another trip to return them to the original store I bought them from

Best Redwing store I’ve ever been at. Extremely helpful staff that are very knowledgeable and care to make sure you are fitted in the best boot or shoe possible. I have only had amazing experiences at this location!
