If I were you I would shop somewhere else. One of the worst stores to shop at with the worst customer service. I will never shop at this Ross store again. They really don't know how to treat customers. I never been yelled at by a worker while shopping. The lady with glasses is so rude and needs to learn how to treat people.

Do not shop here stay away!!!! I went shopping with my friends back on Tuesday and she was shopping for her daughter. My husband decided to let us shop and he sat down and was on his phone. Then a women with glasses comes over to him and ask if he was buying the chair he is sitting in. He tells her no. Then she says your going to run the chair and scratch it all up. He told her I am just quietly sitting here waiting for my wife. She told him if you're not buying the chair you need to leave the store now. Everyone was looking at him and my husband felt really embarrassed. I will never ever shop at Ross ever again. This is very poor customer service and I would never ever treat my customers like this.

Went there this morning to pick up an item that we also got at another ross. When I got there all the lights were on so I went to the door. It was locked, called inside to be told that she was the only one there. Thank will be open at 9:00 when the staff shows. Hours say 7:00. Not a good way to run a store!!!!

I'm taking the time to review a place I feel indifferent towards to highlight potential areas of improvement within the store while objectively appreciating the unique finds available at this location. The name of the store is Ross Dress for Less. Upon some research, I noticed this store is one of many; a successful chain, indeed. Upon entry, I immediately noted long lines and several registers with swiftly-moving employees scattered about. Considering the volume of people within the store, I half-heartedly hoped the experience would be one-in-a-million. I was disappointed; not sorely, but enough to document. First and foremost, what a disorganized floor plan. There wasn't much that allowed for a comfortable, relaxed shopping experience. Additionally, Ross offers a small selection of unappealing jewelry at an unfair price. I am aware of the budgetary limitations many people face, especially when it comes to purchasing jewelry. This is something I am particularly sensitive towards when evaluating customer appeal within a shop. Many items retailed, particularly baby clothes and adult shoes, were set at such an unaffordable price for the everyday shopper with fiscal constraints, I almost walked out. The fact Ross was not well-maintained also made it difficult to navigate. Not kid-friendly in the slightest. Ironically, I dug through clearance sections and found a few red-sticker items of high quality, for a fair price. My recommendation? Shop wisely, stick to clearance, and uphold your budget before all else at Ross. Not all that glitters is gold.

We had a very bad experience here with one of the cashiers: an African-American lady, possibly in her late sixties or early seventies with dark auburn hair and glasses. I do not have a name for her as her name tag was stripped of its name- perhaps so she wouldn’t get reported for her crappy behavior. She was very rude and condescending towards both me and my mom- she got very defensive when we called out the store for improperly pricing an item my mom had purchased. She then proceeded to be very rude towards me when I walked up to buy my items, speaking towards me in a very aggressive manner. We are extremely disappointed by this behavior and will not be returning to this store ever again.

Manager who just went to a conference call at 3:30 on Monday 3-18-24 needs to move to employees. The way I hear her treat them I wouldn’t want my worst enemy to work here.
Came today April 14th and Brenda the store manager can’t say hello to customers. The way she talked to employees was VERY unprofessional. Today was my last visit to this store.

Honestly, I think the store manager terrorizes the employees (and I've noticed this at more than one Ross location). The employee seemed genuinely scared to return my item (though it was legitimately within their return policy guidelines)

The truth is, if you want to buy good, pretty and cheap, this is the right place. There is no specific clothing line but there is variety. I hope you get something you like.

This location doesn’t have much variety, and their customer service is not the best. Checking out takes way too long even if it’s not busy. The younger folks do an alright job.

I love this store! Always find something cute and affordable. Very organized and clean. Only drawback is that they're always short staff especially around the holidays so they have long lines
