Let me start by saying I think this wash is ok depending on what kind of car you have. If you have a high end luxury vehicle I’d recommend trying another shop. They do hand wash the car, but the mitts, towels, and water are reused from car to car. It is a line of cars so they do one after another spending roughly 10 min/car on exterior and another 10-15/min on interior. For me particularly I didn’t appreciate the reuse of cleaning supplies and I felt they were rough with the vehicle when drying and wiping the exterior. The interior honestly looked less clean than when the car came in, and had new smudges and wet spots of either water or their interior cleaning products. The exterior by the time I got home had what I believe to be splattered tire shine ALL across both sides of the vehicle that I wasn’t able to get off with just a damp microfiber. Ended up having to get the car washed again the next day because I was worried about the splatter staining. Again, it is a hand wash and they do that, I would ask for no car tire shine or minimal tire shine, and if you are worried about swirls or anything with the way they dry and wipe down the car I don’t think you are going to be safe from that. Better than an automatic wash with spinning brushes? I’d say yes. Close to as good as a typical 2 bucket hand wash with a clean mitt and clean drying towels/microfibers? Definitely not. If you have a high end luxury or exotic vehicle I’d go somewhere else.

Just got a full-service wash at Sudsational Hand Car Wash in Downers Grove, and my car looks amazing. Big thanks to Pete, Sal, and Jairo for their hard work—super friendly and professional. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a top-quality hand wash!

Sudsational's hand car wash is incredible. I got a full-serivce wash on my mid-size SUV at the Downers Grove location. The attention to detail is nothing like I've seen in the western suburbs. My car looks great, inside and out. Pete, Sal, and Jairo were friendly and offered me great suggestions on how to keep my SUV looking like new. I 100% recommend Sudsational Hand Car Wash in Downers Grove!

I brought my black Cadillac CT 6 to Sudssational spa in Downers Grove. I was referred to them by Heritage Cadillac in Lombard. They said that said sectional spa does excellent work. I take my car to get the car washes done with the ceramic car washes and overtime. It develops some scratches. The paint was starting to get a little dull. I took the car to sensational spa and spoke with a man named Salvatore. I told him what a beautiful job they did the car actually glistens no more scratches. The interior the dashboard the mats the leather I don’t know what they use but the entire car looks like it’s brand new. This car could be put back on a showroom floor and I’m serious about it. My Next-door neighbor came out and looked at my car, he really raved about the job and now he’s gonna bring his car over there. He’s been looking for a place for a long time, I’m very impressed satisfied I will definitely come back here again. The next time my car needs to be done. Bruce.BCAD

I took my car in for an exterior hand wash and was really disappointed with the results. There was still visible dirt on the lower panels and around the wheels, and water spots were left all over the car. For a hand wash, I expected much more attention to detail. Definitely not worth the price. I won’t be coming back.

Quick and amazing job every single time. The consistency of their work blows me away as I’ve never had an issue with them and I have been using their service consistently for over a year.

If you value your expensive car, do not bring it here . I have a $75,000 truck that I recently had a custom pinstriping job done on and these morons screwed it up with with a power washer going to close.
After discussing this with the manager, he even agreed. So I take it to DM Corvette to have the pinstriping removed and professionally washed and waxed and detailed and I go back and give him the $400 bill hoping he would at least pay half of it considering my pinstripe job was $2900.
This Mexican has no integrity whatsoever on doing the correct thing.

I've used this detailing shop a few times in the past 10 years and the owner has always been nice. I've had a couple small dings removed in the past, they did a good job. I've had my car hand buffed and washed a few years before Covid, they did a great job. Went there recently and asked if they could remove a little clear over spray around the edges of my headlights. "No problem, we can do it, anything else you need"? Well I just drove 45 miles so why not buff and wax the car it if you have time. Mind you the paint and shine were fine, it just hadn't been waxed since Covid. They finished and I did a quick check around and pointed out a couple blemishes I saw around the front hood...they wiped at it and I left. It was sunny out and other than the hood I didn't notice much. Drove to the grocers on the way home and looked a little closer in the parking lot. Upon close inspection there were swirl marks and scorched discoloration in the clear coat on both sides where you could clearly see the imprint of the buffer as if the pad was too old, dirty or it was held too long in place marring my clear coat. I ran my hand across the blemishes and it was smooth and in the clear coat on both sides of my car. I understand black cars can be hard to buff, but if you are a professional detailer that should not have happened, AND on both sides of my car. Like I said it wasn't the first time I used their service. I also told them outside only and the few items I had under my driver and passenger seats were thrown on my backseat and my clean floor mats in the back were now wet. I paid $175 for a sloppy service that now I have to find and pay someone else to correct. I understand there's turnover at car washes and people come and go, but the guy that buffed my car should not be using a machine on anyone's car and I even tipped him $10. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but for the last week when I look at my car it ticks me off. It's only been out of the garage 2X in the past week because I have to find someone to correct it. I won't be back.

The worst service ever, my car has less than 1500 miles and I washed my new car over there and I saw a guy how made a dent in the front of my car, I explained this to the front guy and he told me that he can fix the car in the car wash, this problems is not for a car wash. I can't recommend this

I've been taking our cars here for an incredibly professional and thorough cleaning for several years. Best cleaning inside and out I've ever experienced. Awesome team that cares for cars and their customers.
