Horrible if you ever Mercedes do not sign up for their T-Mobile Internet, or you will never be able to cancel it nobody that you ever talk to whether it be Mercedes or T-Mobile ever know how to cancel the account do not sign up for it. You’ll be billed for years.

Customer support for admin issues is overseas. The phone quality is terrible and workers are not proficient in English.
