Excellent service. Mr Waseem is a thorough gentleman, very well mannered and clearly great at his craft. I had my watches sized and serviced at a very good price, while making great conversation about watches with him.

I looked and looked on amazon for belt for this watch - still didn't figure out what I need and out of all which one will fit perfectly. Just happened to be in Bollinbrook and a family friend recommended Time Link in Bolingbrook IL. I stopped by and in an hour he put new belt. The watch looks brand new now !!!! Mr Wassem is polite, honest and excellent in providing service. I will support his small business in the future

Got a new watch, spent probably close to 2 hours trying to take links off so I could size it to my wrist. Guy behind the counter did it in under 5 minutes! A true wizard. Reasonable prices and great selection of stuff. Very friendly! Highly recommended.

MO IS THE BEST!!!! QUICK, EFFICIENT, KIND, AND REASONABLY PRICED!! I had so many watches that needed to be fixed and this super star did it in an hour and the ones he had to put in more work for, he said I could pick up in the next few days. He is so so kind and I would go back just to chat with him! He does amazing work and he is TRUSTWORTHY!!!

I came in to have a vintage time piece corrected as it was running 20 seconds slow per day. I was helped with both incredible service and help. For the adjustment, I was told the cost was free as it was a quick adjustment. I was then helped with the fitting of a new strap. I would highly recommend to others and am glad to have found a great watch service and repair.
