My car kept dying on my and they were able to get me a list of things I need done but are not the pushy type making you use them before getting other quotes. “Our Transmission was slipping and had become unsafe to drive, we stretched it out as long as we could knowing we might have to throw down 3 - $4000 for a new one. Dropped it off thinking it would be a week before we saw it again. Much to our surprise recieved a call that afternoon that it was finished! And just under $1000!!! I'm sure another shop would have just sold it as a total rebuild or replacement but because these guys are honest committed to their work they see things others will overlook. Thanks guys so much!”

“Renfro Auto Center just picked up another lifelong customer. I had a tire with a slow leak. I called to see if I could make an appointment and they told me to swing by any time. The mechanic found a screw, removed it, patched it, and sent me on my way at no charge. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.
Renfro is friendly, helpful, honest, and local. What more can you ask for in an auto shop?”
“I had a rattle under my truck which I was 99% sure of what it was. I had major oral surgery when the rattle occurred and wasn’t supposed to be bending or doing anything physical, but a week after surgery I climbed under my truck part way and found the culprit of the rattling I was sure. I went in to Mike More Miles in Naperville bc it is right by my house and I read a lot of wonderful reviews. When I walked in Curt greeted me and I told him the issue and he had the team pull my truck right in and check it out. I was right on the rattle and it was a quick fix and they fixed it right then and there for me. They then noticed my back brakes and rotors were completely shot which I knew needed to be replaced soon and they were able to schedule me to come back after picking my sons up from school and get them done and they did them in an hour. The price was very reasonable and the fact they could get them done that day was amazing. Definitely will be coming back when I need anything done on my truck. Would highly recommend them too. Great customer service!”

He patiently answered our questions about possible repairs to our car. Repairs were then completed in a timely matter and we were notified that our car was ready. We highly recommend King Transmission!”
“Called Mark at Nolte's because my car potentially needed new front brake pads and rotors. I had been quoted $997 at a nearby shop and a coworker recommended I call Mark. Mark gave me a a much more reasonable quote, so I brought my car to Nolte's. They diligently diagnosed the brake issue, replaced the rotors and pads, and stayed true to their quote. I will be bringing my car to Nolte's from now on.”

They diagnosed the issue promptly and since it was a simple adjustment of the oil filter, they did not charge for labor and got me back on the road quickly. Much appreciated! Clean place, great service.”
“Recently, I accidentally pulled off my gas cap cover on my car when it got stuck, I decided to stop at A-Z Auto Repair and talked to Robb Schultz the owner and told him about the problem with my car.
Although Robb was busy also dealing with other customers, he took the time to come outside to my car and manually got the gas cap cover on my car.I wanted to give Robb compensation,a little cash for his time.
He outright refused and asked me to bring in my car for any future service I needed.
A-Z had been around for over 60 years,three generations of family ownership.

“When my family lived in Lombard from 1978 to 2017, we went to Supreme Transmission whenever our vehicles needed transmission or clutch work. It has been 15+ years since I was last there for service on one of my vehicles but I am so glad I went back there this past week to have work done on my transmission. The staff may have changed since my last visit to Supreme but the the current staff with Jerry are awesome!!! They are very honest and they do not overprice or oversell to you. Any other place would have easily told me I would need a new or rebuilt transmission but Jerry was very upfront with me and honest and told me all I needed was a new axle for the transmission. They did a great job in repairing my vehicle and were very quick in completing the job!!! “I took my 2007 Chevy Suburban here due to low oil pressure problems I had, I was constantly losing oil due to a rear main seal leak, I also had a rough idle, and my car would shake when not in motion due to lifters, springs, and other engine parts being old, corroded, and damaged. Juan went above and beyond, took the entire engine apart to repair everything. It's been over 2 weeks since the repairs, I've driven over 1500 miles and my truck is feeling newer than ever, its running super smooth, and not a drop of oil in sight. Thanks Juan!”
