left my camera for the “one-hour” photos, was told theyd be ready in like 2 days, ended up waiting 3 weeks for the photos to be ready (which i had to find out by calling because they didnt even call), came in to the store, was asked to pay additional 18 dollars for the photos from a disposable camera THAT I BOUGHT AT WALGREENS. the envelope with the photos says it was picked up 14th of july, but when i called they said they dont have it. the worst customer service ever, never going here again.

I asked for change for a $10 bill. This place wouldn't give me change because they said it could be fake. Who in their right mind would try to fake a 10?! You think I'm going from store to store turning in fake $10s?! Terrible customer service and rude.
I'll go to CVS for everything from now on.

The wait times at the pharmacy are becoming ridiculous. Idk if they are short staffed or what but I’ve never walked in and gotten my prescription no matter how many days later I show up, there is ALWAYS a wait. I had a prescription called in YESTERDAY at 2pm and here we are the next day and it still isn’t filled. I just don’t understand, and they just seem not to care about the wait. I’m switching over to CVS for sure, I’ve had more than enough of this poor service.

I see why all the low ratings due to rude & condescending lady named Lisa at the pharmacy counter. She said that the call was a reminder to order my prescription, but that didn't happen till 2 days after I called in my prescription with the number on my bottle to order when I had 2 pills left and was told it would be ready the next day; I didn't wait for the reminder call. Who ever is in charge there needs to have that lady retrained on customer service. Needless to say, with a CVS a few blocks away, I know where my prescription will be going from now on.

The ladies working in the pharmacy are terrible. On a number of occasions They’ve handled me unprofessionally while right in front of me treating others polite. Yesturday, In particular, I called and requested a refill on a script. The lady I spoke to said she would take care of me and meds. Would be ready by 6:30. When I arrived at 6:30 to pick up my script they had all sorts of excuses of why I couldn’t get my meds. And both ladies behind the counter acted as if they didn’t know what I was talking about. Had to drive all the way to Chicago to get my script from another Walgreens and I live in Downers Grove. Mind you, isn’t the first time. I’m Puerto Rican, btw

Jim, an older gentleman at the register was extremely nice and helpful. If the rest of the staff are like him then I could definitely highly recommend this store.

What is wrong with these people?? I tried to use a Good RX -type of discount, and the tech only wanted to charge full retail. She was completely unhelpful and refused to acknowledge that SHE didn't know how to enter the discount into her system. I went to Mariano's 10 minutes later and NO PROBLEM, happy to see you save money, mam. Such NICE folks at Mariano's, another difference from the Walgreens treatment

I just had a really good experience with the manager, and older woman with blond hair. Some people steal from the store. I got a box that had pieces missing from it.She fixed it though she didn't have to. Despite tamper proof labels on the Abbot Labs Covd-19 tests, 3 appeared to be tampered with. Though I only bought one and Walgreen's fixed it.
