Ordered crave case, got home in 7 minutes and food was cold, cheese wasn’t even melted. Asked for some condiments and received one of each. Guy at wineries also seemed rude and preoccupied. Def going to another location for now on….

We went here and ordered online so it would be quicker. Know we have wait over half hour for food . And was wrong / so going on 45m know that is unacceptable and pathetic I work bye my self and 20 cheeseburger in half hour and had no special machine . Really maybe need closes doors /

2/21/24 !! @ 2am, I ordered 10 sliders with cheese. Cheese was not melted which tells me the guy working there did not make them right.Most of sliders had a weird taste; not sure if the grill was dirty but, I know the place is dirty so wouldn’t be surprised. Really didn’t wanna go here. This place has been here for YEARS and it seems that they truly do not care about their business. I DO NOT KNOW HOW this place is still running and not sure why I or ANYONE would decide to eat here. Look at the reviews.. from years ago.. till today. Anyways the GOOD news!! I woke up this morning ON 2/21/24 @ 9am the same day of eating the food, with symptoms of FOOD POISONING…. I feel TERRIBLE AND I’m pissed, That’s why I’m writing this review.I hope the OWNER can read this and maybe do a deep cleaning in THIS WHITE CASTLE. And pay attention to who you hire or maybe go work in there for a week or 2 and get some things in order. Will NOT EVER come back here.
