He was really nice and my nails look okay but he cut 4/10 nails and made all of my cuticles bleed. I believe I now have an infection in my middle finger cuticle. He also just seemed to really rush the service. I sat down and was out in 15 minutes

Basic manicure was blahh.
Cuticles are frayed. Not sure anything was sterilized!?
No hand or wrist massage, obviously no forearm.
25$$
Way too many better local options!

I’m really disappointed with this place! I read the reviews and saw pictures and I was so excited to come here! To pay $110 and get this service was incredibly frustrating.. I did gel x and you can see how they were applied not flush to my nail. They didn’t even do any cuticle care prior to application of the gel x. You can clearly see in the pictures I added. I never do bad reviews but this can’t happen to someone else. Really sad. They are very nice but I was rushed the whole time. The person who did my toes cut me. I’m just really disappointed.

I had the BEST experience at Xclusive Nails! From the moment I walked in, the vibe was welcoming and professional. The staff is super friendly and talented – they really listen to what you want and go above and beyond. I can’t say enough good things about this nail salon! The entire team was so kind and welcoming, especially when I had to bring my daughter along with me. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable—my daughter now has a new “bà” (grandma) there, which absolutely melted my heart! 💖
From the moment I walked in, I felt like family. The pedicure was incredibly relaxing, and my nails turned out absolutely stunning—the design was beautiful and done with such care. Their prices are also very reasonable, which is such a bonus for the level of service you receive.
This place doesn’t just do nails—they truly take care of you. Thank you all so much for such a wonderful experience. I’ll definitely be coming back! (I know the picture I posted is outgrown! But I wanted to still show off the design they did!)

I started going to this nail salon after seeing Harry's work on Instagram. Harry is amazing at his craft and is also extremely patient and professional. He has been able to deliver with every design idea I've shown him. The salon itself is well decorated and clean. I also love the online booking option. Highly recommend!

After shopping around for a professional friendly nail salon in the nearby suburbs this is the spot the technician did an amazing job on my nails. I got acrylics they feel like my real nails Not thick at all I will keep coming back
