I stopped at AutoZone when my oil light started flashing. I purchased oil and washer fluid. Because the warning light had come on I was going to put oil in while still in the parking lot. Because I have arthritis in my hands I couldn't get the oil cap off. I went in and asked if someone could get the cap off for me. A young man named Mark W. Came to help me. Mark not only took the cap off he put the oil in for me and checked to be sure it was at the correct level. He noticed excessive corrosion on the battery posts so he got a wire brush and cleaned them. Then he brought a battery checker and tested the battery for me. I had not asked for all that Mark did and i didnt make any additional purchases. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, MARK. Thank you.

Been doing business there for years. Ordered a part from them which turned out they ordered the wrong one told me that be in the next day and then the following day and then told me they don't guarantee that the part is going to be in in 24 hours. Really? Just ended up getting a refund over all the BS. Ordered it from Advance Auto and it was there the next day at 7 a.m. I know where I'm going from now on.
