“I am stuck between a 2 and a 4. I went to Regions in DuQuoin to open an account. I was turned down on opening an account, due to something that happened with Chime several years ago, this chime thing was not my fault. I explained the situation and there was no coming off of the no checking account position. So I settled for a now cards which, I guess is okay it’s like a muscle version of an atm card. However the more I think about it sometimes you just need to write a check, as happened to me today, I needed to be able to write a check and I couldn’t so I had to go to the post office for a money order Duquoin is an easy trip from the town I am associated with but I am way out in the country which makes it a long trip…Custoner Service amazing.”
