Black people deserve to be treated with respect no matter your job back round or social status I can’t believe I worked there for as long as I did but I’ll gladly take a pay cut no amount of money is worth my dignity and respect sorry not sorry.

I have never in my life experienced such awful care at a hospital. The ER was wonderful, however once admitted there were incorrect orders and lack of communication between the ER and the admission floor. Listed as a fall risk, didn't see a nurse for help to the bathroom one single time. Incorrect meds were given, there was no double checking of who they were giving meds to. Nurses were extremely unhelpful, I even heard one screaming loudly at a patient. Mixed up room numbers which led to much confusion. Pain was not controlled. I cannot say enough about how nonexistent the health care was. Please don't let your loved ones stay alone there after an admission. If you're admitted alone, please help yourself by making sure someone who cares about you is there. Better yet, just don't go to this hospital at all.

My mother was placed in this hospitals care on June 7th they completely missed the fact that she’d had a stroke! Another family member came running in with Power of Attorney over health paper work that had chicken scratching signature of my mothers. I told the case manager my mother didn’t know what she was signing, she was confused. The case manager told me No she wasn’t confused! Two different days the nurses asked my mother her date of birth and she could not remember it and she always knows her date of birth. On the 13th my mother was released into my care, she had no use of her legs due to the stroke, the discharge paperwork even stated “confusion!” She did fairly well the first week home but I noticed something different in her, after that she started going downhill a little each day. July 4th she was taken to another hospital where I was informed she had sepsis from an infection that should have been caught at Marshall Browning! She was put into comfort care and passed away July 5th. What kind of hospital misses an infection so severe that causes sepsis to the point it takes a persons life. Believe me I will be looking into this!!!

Have been a patient of Dr. Dickinson for some time. Have had problems with toe fungus. Almost completely cleared. He has been very helpful.

M.B. Hospital is better & better!They saved my daughters life at 2 weeks old, 2009!!They also saved my great-nephews life who was born at 24 weeks, 2017.Both would not have happened without caring staff that went above and beyond!!Quick Urgent Care with Great Doctors, we use!Great Specialty Doctors, we love and we use!Great Rehab Center that we use!The cafeteria has DELICIOUS FOOD!They truly do have THE BEST BOUTIQUE Gift Shop in S. Illinois with great prices. I shop here for my birthday and Christmas gifts to find unique presents!! You will not be disappointed!

Highly recommend! Dr. Taylor was awesome. The morning nurses (all of them) and my anesthesiologist were kind, funny, and made me feel super cared for. My experience was excellent. A+++

Dr Brigham was the first doctor I had that I ever felt like truly cared about my health and we'll being. She told me the truth about an ongoing reoccurring issue and did surgery on me to correct it knowing I was low income and on medical card. I was shocked to learn that for fifteen yrs every ER that saw me when this occured masked my issue with a bandaid where an incision should have been and it nearly ended up taking my life. During my operation she found my entire insides where eat up with infection. I wore six ft of packing out of the hospital but I've never had that issue again just as she promised and The infection those greedy docs brought upon me is gone. Great women, even better doc I hope she is still doing well.

I was told if I was not dying then there is no reason to be there. I was there for 2 and half hours and they did nothing. Don't go there you will be treated like your nothing. The doctor was hateful, hateful!!

ER visit after hours for a cut index finger, 5 stiches. Staff was friendly and professional, Dr was good, no complaints.Now the nightmare bill. 5 stitches FIVE ~~~~ $1094.00 hospital bill, $1098.00 doctor bill (Integritas Emergency Physician).Just so you know.

I was taken to Marshall Browning a few days ago. I have never seen such horrible unprofessional behavior from a doctor in my life as I did from Dr Hays. He was raising his voice, throwing tantrums and many more unprofessional behaviors. The nurse was rude and very unprofessional as well. Later as I was searching for information to make an official complaint, I came across some disturbing news. Dr. Jon Riley Hays spent 51 months in federal prison for a guilty plea stemming from his oxycontin addiction. Wow. I only rated a 1 because that is the lowest option
