I just refinanced my car with Better Banks to get a lower interest rate. I am extremely impressed with the process. I contacted the bank and spoke to Adam, he had me complete the application and I was approved in just a short time. Today I moved forward with the loan and completed it in much less time than I could’ve ever imagined and didn’t have to leave my couch. Better Banks has my support and if I could give them ten stars I would.

I have worked with the Better banks and Dunlap Bank for nearly 50 years. I find them to be a true community bank with full services. Often times the employees are your neighbors and you feel welcomed.

I went to open my parents account. Very courteous and friendly staff. I can understand that it's a small village/branch and banking services are very basic. But minus that you have a perfect banking/ service experience. Highly recommended.

I recently stopped by the Dunlap branch to get some change for my garage sale. Brought in a crisp new $100 bill and wanted some singles and fives to make change. I was told they would not help me since I wasn't a customer. Cindy the manager was even rude about it. Said, "If you want to open an account we can help you." Well at 4:50 on a Friday I didn't want to hang around to fill out paperwork. And after how I was treated I will never open up an account there. I recommend you stay away! They don't care about helping out people. There were four people working in the branch at that time. And they all heard the conversation. You would think one of them would have had the common sense to help me and make the change. I can only blame management. The Better Banks are not better at all. They are the worst!

I stopped by the Dunlap branch and you won't believe what happened... I wanted to get some change for our neighborhood garage sale. And after how I was treated I will never open up an account there. I recommend you stay away! They don't care about helping out local Dunlap residents or acquiring new customers. There were four employees working in the branch at that time. And they all heard the conversation. You would think one of them would have had the common sense to help me and make the change.
