I would say that all aspects of this project have been a positive experience with Prairie State. The communication was straight forward, best prices around, and the installers were friendly and professional. The final product was better than we could have imagined. Prairie State team did an outstanding job replacing my very old roof, and also helping guide my decision for replacing gutters, fascia, and soffits as well. I ended up going with heather blend for the shingles and royal brown for the soffits/fascia/gutters. Communication was great and Josh was always available for questions. Pricing was competitive (along with financing option which was appreciated), crews were experienced and professional, and the project got completed in a very timely manner. Thank you!

My wife and I were in the market to have our aluminum siding replaced, and Prairie State did a phenomenal job from start to finish. Josh came out within a day to quote the job and was very friendly as he made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The price was lower than some other local competitors with a better siding thickness.
We went with his crew, and we were blown away by how fast they worked — a 2 man wrecking crew! Ultimately, we are really happy with the results and just how friendly, professional, and reasonably priced the entire job was. We have a lot of houses in our neighborhood in Dunlap that were done with Prairie State and we were happy to be added to the list. Definitely give Josh and his crew a call!

Very happy with Prairie State! Communication was top notch from the first phone call with Josh. Had home updated from 5o year old siding along with new fascia, soffit and guttering. Josh coordinated all logistics and ensured project completion in less than two weeks of first phone call! The wife and I are very happy with transformation. Prairie State has enhanced the home’s curb appeal, and we have received numerous compliments from neighbors.

Prairie State sided our house the week before Christmas. Communication with the office was clear and straightforward, with materials delivered the day before the crew arrived so work could be done promptly. The crew was very professional, completing the job in 3 days, as promised, despite working through some light snow. We are very happy with the finished product now that our 50+ year old house has this new facelift.
