Greg is very nice, took the time to explain everything to me while I asked questions. Made me feel much safer about putting my son on the road in his car. The guys did a wonderful job here. Definitely will bring our other vehicles in and return for maintenance on my son’s car.

Dude, this was seriously awesome. I'm from out of town and stopped in to inquire about where I could buy a padlock for my trailer. Greg at the desk went back into the shop to see if they had anything on hand and the next thing I knew, one of the mechanics hopped on his motorcycle and took off. Four minutes later he was back from his house and I had a hand-me-down lock. They had nothing to gain from me, as I was just passing through, but they went the extra mile (literally!) and got me squared away. If you're looking for a mechanic and customer service is important to you, check these guys out! First rate. 👍

Greg and Blake are wonderful. Extremely prompt in my communication, very professional in our dealings, and my car was repaired quicker than expected. I hope to not need many car repairs, but I will definitely be calling them should I need any in the future.

Had serious brake issues, and called Pro Automotive for help. They got me in the next day, and had the problem fixed by 5:00, and for a lot less than expected. Haven't had a brake problem since. Absolutely recommend them.

Pro Automotive in Dunlap is fabulous. Always accommodating, helpful and friendly. I feel.they have my best interest in mind, not selling products I don't need. Absolutely would recommend to others.

We moved to the area recently and I was looking for a trustworthy local shop. We heard about Pro Automotive and they were great. Great communication and some flexibility! Super nice people and did a great job for a reasonable price. I will definitely go again and feel like I can trust them with any service we need. Super happy I found them! Would 100% recommend to anyone.

Recently had to bring my work truck here after it was smoking on the highway, I am from out of town and Greg and his team did an amazing job helping to fix and solve the problem. My job and I both wish we were closer to be able to use this shop more. Definitely very amazing service and very informative and nice. Would 10/10 recommend

I had a tire that went flat on my way through Dunlap. I had stopped at the gas station and realized I Couldn’t put air in it because there was a hole in it. I called Greg over at Pro Automotive next door And he was able to send someone over to help me within 15 minutes! Mic was super helpful and very nice… And instead of just putting my spare tire on, he was able to patch my original tire, which was great! Thanks to these guys, I’m only going to be 30 minutes late to work instead of missing a whole day!

Took my suv in for a few things that needed to be done … (alternator .. drive shaft and a few belts) .. crew was great! Most mechanics will talk to you like you’re an idiot …but I was explained everything in terms I’d understand . Will definitely be going back for any other vehicle needs!!!
