Very clean organic grains. I make perfect sourdough loaves with their Glenn HRS wheat.

Bought some wheat berries here, and though I haven't tried them yet, Brian and his family are great. Brian is super knowledgeable about the wheat, friendly, and great to deal with. His wife even shared a recipe with me when I mentioned trouble with something I'd tried. Excited to have some wheat berries from a local farm!
