Clean, friendly individuals. Big emphasis on clean, they do not tolerate people washing their feet in the sinks. They have clean showers available for that. I always interact with the same workers for the most part, Trevor and Heather as cashiers and Robert as maintenance. I never have an issue getting what I want, I'm usually in and out. The diesel pumps are cleaner than most and I always have a clean bucket of soapy water to wash my windshield and a clean toilet to do my business. I can't ask for anything more.
This is the type of loves that Tom Love envisioned

Loves started stupid behavior which is checking people's App without concerts when I what are you
Doing that she said corporate says that this way of greedy will put in bad spot trusting and they remembered one of worst stops ever.

Loves is always so clean so amazingly clean and everything so fresh she could feel safe eating there shopping there they also have McDonald's and Subway included in the building

I’m a truck driver who stops at Love’s locations throughout the Midwest, and Dwight Love’s is hands down the dirtiest one I’ve ever been to. I stop here once a week, and every time I regret it — especially when it comes to the showers.
They don’t clean anything properly. The counters are filthy, toilet seats aren’t wiped, the inside of the toilets are nasty, and the shower handles are untouched. The floor is often covered in body hair and grime, especially around the toilet. All they seem to do is dry off the mirror and floor and throw down new towels. That’s not cleaning — it’s cutting corners and putting drivers’ health at risk.
This place is a disgrace to the Love’s name. Management needs to get serious and clean this place up.

6/15/25 17:00 - Hey manager - You may want to check the cleanliness and maintenance of shower #4 for the following problems:
1) Bad sewer gas smell.
2) Shower water completely turns off when turning control lever all the way to the left/hot.
3) Looks like the base of the toilet, floor drain, and door vent haven’t been cleaned in over a year!
Very nasty.

4) I noticed the usually clean floor mat towel had evidence of shoe prints on it over by the shower.
Also, how about getting some air conditioning in the laundry room so drivers don’t sweat our butts off while doing laundry.

Hot food cases are always empty. Roller food is always way too old. Repulsive and limited selection. The worst of all the Loves.

Very, very unprofessional for loves the cashier didn’t say two words to me. She was worried about talking to another employee about cologne very unprofessional go to Casey’s.

They great there customers with respect the only downfall of this loves is there showers are piss warm and I’m a trucker I like hot showers cause it loosens the muscles in my back and hip up after sitting all day and these showers here have zero heat to them it’s there only downfall which for a truck driver is a big negative

First time coming to this loves gas station and immediately was graded with a hello and have a good day! The bathrooms were incredibly clean and they even offered a soap scrub that had little beads in it to make your hands soft. There were a lot of hot food options, cold food options, and even a gift. If you forget last minute would definitely come back to this location again just for the wonderful customer service and clean bathrooms.
