Always polite and helpful. Little to no wait most of the time (except during peak rushes and even then they can get through the line quickly)

The blonde girl with glasses who works behind the counter is condescending and has the nastiest attitude. I put in a request to hold mail, was told I could not hold for a specific resident and could only hold for the whole household. I then asked about forwarding mail that was already sent out to the address that I just moved to and she brushed me off and refused to take the time to explain the forwarding process, despite the fact that I told her that I had CONFIDENTIAL medical information that was already sent out and I would not be here to receive it. It’s a small town podunk post office and yet she acted like I was overworking her by asking simple questions. Avoid this place if you can.

As a full-time reseller, I visit the post office 6 days a week. Despite the hoopla in the news, the USPS is the most reliable and economical way to ship packages.

The mail carrier maced my parent's twelve pound Shih Tzu and the poor dog was in pain for several days. No follow up from the mail carrier or any explanation why she decided to attack a poor defenseless animal.

Terrible service. The town of Dwight is what? A whole 4 thousand? If that?! And they act like they are overworked and overwhelmed anytime I've been in the post office. Very lazy employees and it's like flipping a quarter on if you'll get your mail delivered or not for the day. Just start over and get employees in there that want to work.
