Freedom Sausage Inc. is a large, fully capable butcher off the beaten path. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They process deer, livestock, and hunting game with great skill, meeting expectations. The meat is beautifully cut and nicely wrapped. Their sausages and jerky are very tasty, some of the best. They also offer smoked bones and pig ears for pets. The business supports second amendment rights. Customers report zero issues and state they will definitely return and bring all future business here.

Tried Freedom after a recommendation from a couple of good friends. Little bit of a drive from Plainfield, but we'll worth it. Had a small doe processed. The sticks are to die for! Can't wait for warmer weather to start gilling the rest. Prices are reasonable.

Outstanding butcher shop. We picked up our 1/2 steer yesterday. The orders come out professionally cut and wrapped to order. They also make homemade sausages that will knock your socks off they're so good ! The staff is always friendly and accommodating to my preferences. 5 ☆☆☆☆☆
