After a year without my hair curly, I was so excited to get a perm again! I'd had 3 perms previously that made my hair SO curly (picture provided to show my hair takes very well to a perm. Picture taken the day after getting the perm). I went to All About U Salon for a perm with Ericka, and the outcome hasn't been near as expected. Ericka was very nice and sweet! But the service didn't do much to my hair. I've provided pictures the same day after the perm and after my first wash where I used product and scrunched my hair. My hair barely has any wave to it. I will be getting it redone at another salon. My graduate classes have started for the semester, so it will be a struggle to find time now.
I haven't had anything done to my hair since my last perm! No colors or other treatments. I use the same hair shampoo and conditioner as always. I'm very sad I didn't get the perm I desired.
Ericka said my hair had nice curls when she removed the curl pins. She then pulled my hair to trim it after my perm, which I hadn't cared for but took her advice to help with dead ends after a treatment. I believe that was a poor decision as my other hair stylist from my hometown (who did successful perms on me) said not to pull or weigh down my hair until after my first wash. Ericka and I struggled to get my hair curly after the trim. Ericka is a newer stylist graduate, so you live and you learn! I'm just sad I have to put out even more money and now time in my busy schedule. Take away: if you're short on time or cash, make sure you have an experienced stylist who can show you pictures of their past successful services!

The Best salon in the riverbend area. ALL of the hairdressers are amazing at what they do and knowledge about all things hair! The girls are all so friendly and the shop always has a great vibe!

My first time here and it was so inviting and they really know what they are doing.Erica, cut my hair, and I LOVE it!! It looks good if I straighten it or if I toss some moose in it and rock my curls ? I will definitely be back!!
