I went in to buy a $1 Alton Telegraph. I went to self checkout. Nothing from a previous transaction was on the screen. I paid. I saw 8.08 other screen. I went to my car pulled up my account and I was charged the 8 bucks. I went back in. After explaining to him I was overcharged. I was yelled at told to pay attention next time. After it was all done buddy came walking outside like he was looking for me. Baby I live off milton what is your number?

This store sucks the employees parking in the handicapped ♿️ parking. I'm handicapped and have to park at the end. If you can work here you can park at the end

Employees go out of their way to not help you. Older gentleman with long hair was walking around in circles at the busiest time (5:45pm) dragging the mop behind him and wasn’t even looking at it. That’s how he was mopping the whole store as a line of about 6 people were looking around for help and he told them all to use self check out. The other employee was in the bathroom for a very long time and didn’t come out until the crowd was gone.
The bathroom here is so disgusting. They took the good bathroom and closed it for employees only and made the other bathroom a locked public bathroom you have to ask for a key for and they don’t clean it. The porcelain toilet bowl is broke in two spots. That’s a literal hazard. People can die from porcelain toilets breaking and cutting them. it smells like an outhouse and I had to use the bathroom across the street at McDonald’s instead that’s how bad it was. Anyways, I came in to pick up an order for a grab bag and I tried to cancel it after this experience but was unable to so I went back in and asked for help with the grab bag. the older guy literally rolled his eyes, scoffed and snatched a empty bag and was visibly ANGRY that he had to fulfill the order. Then he proceeded to give me the grab bag with a total displayed $10.35 and it’s supposed to be $12. He didn’t give me a drink with it and was supposed to that’s why it was less than the value it was supposed to be. But I felt too uncomfortable to speak up so I just took what I got and left a bad review and won’t be back.

Is stopped in for a fountain soda, Is all syrup zero carbonation. I told the guy at the counter that he said okay like I was stupid. Guess I won't stop there again. Lol. Hope he's the first to lose work over it.
