This store is really a joke. Bought a thermometer from them go home over the weekend. Got a sick kid. Boom it doesn’t work. I don’t have a battery or a screw driver that works for it. I go to the store Monday. They won’t refund me because I don’t have my receipt. I work in the same strip mall and am there a few times a week as needed for supplies cleaning. Cool fine what ever. I bought another one and the exact same shit happened. This is I was in the store once I opened it. Again it doesn’t even turn on. Still can’t get refunded on both. Anytime we get food or anything you have to check it before you leave. The chocolate is normally nasty and separated. The food sometimes is expired. It’s always a problem. Love the location it’s comcient to us all. But the quality isn’t even acceptable. This store is really a joke.

I went to buy some things at the store. I was having problems with my bank card. I asked to tell her to run it through again. She raised her voice, smacking her hand. She wasn’t going to run it again. She humiliate and Embarrass me In front of all the other customers, I had to run to the car to get my phone to check my account which had plenty of money in there to do the transaction. I don’t know why it didn’t go through , When I got back in there, she said I had to wait for her to check out for customers before She could re-ring my stuff up, It still wouldn’t go through, but only two things she would not give me a receipt for the two things I bought. I am going to talk to the manager hopefully today this lady with a long gray hair does not need to be working behind the cash register., I went to the Dollar General for 20 years. I’ve never had this kind of attitude put out towards me. It is very unacceptable.

I shopped here a few days ago. Customer Service was terrible except for one employee. I believe her name starts with J. She was very nice and helpful. 5🌟 for her. The store was filthy and smelly. The floor looked like the ground outside. Don't even get me started on the bathroom. I will probably never visit that location again. Whoever manages that location should probably not be managing. I'm just saying.

Usually I love this store but I came tonight to get some benadryl cream for a bad rash and it was 8:52 and the doors were already locked. If they're going to close early maybe they should update on their site.
