I've been trying to cancel my membership for over a month. The website directs me to an unsecure site, the app doesn't let me log in and I've been to the facility and spoke with someone about the issue. All he could tell me is the website is having issues. I've called the phone number listed on Google multiple times and left a message but no return call. They make it so easy to join but impossible to cancel the membership! The reason for canceling is because the place is filthy, the vacuums aren't powerful enough to clean the carpet very good and customer service is terrible!

I have had a membership for at least a year now. It's noticeable been getting worse. But today was the final straw. Not worth the $19 spent today.

Wash brushes are set awfully close to vehicle causes scary scraping noises as your vehicle moves through. Have lost antennae and license plate bracket from harsh action.

The signs going in are confusing they don't light up to know what to do.
It uses brushes and it beat the hell out of my car and knocked loose my wiper blade.
Even with the brushes beating on my car it still didn't clean it.
The attendant pre washing was nice but he just doesn't have time to do a thorough job.

I’ve given this place more than enough chances to improve, but it’s clear they’re not interested in doing better. With so many new competitors in the area, I have no reason to keep bringing my business here. Three times in three months, I’ve paid for the $23 premium wash and ended up with little more than a light misting of presoak—dead bugs literally untouched. One side of the wax station doesn’t even function, and the brushes are so worn out they glide over grime like it’s optional. Again—dead bugs laughing.
I don’t enjoy writing negative reviews. I want to see local businesses succeed. But if this car wash doesn’t start performing basic, routine maintenance—like clearing clogged nozzles or replacing worn brushes—it won’t be around much longer. These aren’t big fixes. They’re basic upkeep that customers are paying for and should expect.
There’s no excuse. The place closes at 7pm—plenty of daylight left in the summer to do the work. Whoever manages this place must know what’s not working. If they’ve taken a car through recently, they’ve seen it themselves.
It’s not hard. Just do better.

When they first open they were great ! But has gone down hill . The vacuums hardly work. We pay $60 a month for both of our vehicles!!!
We went thru today, as I am on the way to a dentist appointment, and we were in my new car and some kind of film was all over it plus it was soapy. It didn’t rinse off anything. We had to go to another car wash and pay another $15 to get it off and by the way…it didn’t come off. Because of this when we were on our way back ( which was only 25 min) we stopped to cancel our memberships and there wasn’t anyone there and the lanes were closed. I’m so disappointed !

Does not clean the vehicle very well, never adds tire shine even though you pay for it, and the vacuums are random if they work well or not.

Love the car wash ! But the little vending machines don’t work outside with towels ect and the bug cleaner doesn’t especially help clean bugs off the water in the bucket with brush smells horrible .. I had blu rags caught into my tail light covers from the hanging rags ..

Great all in one stop. They offer free vacuums that have really long hoses and this location has a free car mat washing station which is nice. I don’t pay for a membership and only do one time purchases but my car always comes out looking good. I usually spend about 40 minutes here vacuuming my whole truck and washing the mats then going through the wash.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have never done a review like this for anyone. While I was here vacuuming my car The owner stared at me and watched me from behind for thirty minutes. When I was almost done, And getting change to actually wash the car He came over and told me that I needed to pick up the paper I had dropped. (Literally like 2 receipts and a straw wrapper)
He also said that he was tired of me using his equipment for so long. I told him I was almost done and I was going to grab the few things I had dropped in just a moment. He then proceeded to scream at me. Get right up on my car and scream into my window. He said that I was white trash and not welcome on his property. Needless to say, I don't want to go back anyway. Just be prepared to be watched by a creep if you're a young girl vacuuming.
