“A nice gentleman named Josh came to tow me but was unable to because I was on the roof of the parking garage. However he did unlock my car so I could look for my lost keys. Since I was unable to find my keys, he stayed with me, as a am a lady of 87 years and made sure I got across a busy highway to the motel safely. I had made arrangements with my daughter to bring me my extra keys. I hope all of your employees are as thoughtful as this gentleman. I will keep your card and tell my friends to call your business if they are in need of your services if they are in your area.”

“Had MANY things needing replaced on my truck... the 1st time was replacing my AC and was done super fast and must got it back yesterday from a wreck I was in on Monday, Labor Day and had many parts needing replaced and got it back Thursday since they weren't open mon for the holiday they got on it Wed and got it back the next day and was very affordable. The owner and associate are SUPER knowledgeable in their business and explain to you in detail what's wrong and what's needed to fix it and doesn't add on more things needing done at a later time all at once. I'm very happy with Stampers and wish I would've found them years ago!!”

“My 2018 Honda CRV wouldn't start today and I suspected it was a failed battery, so I called AAA. AAA would not do a battery replacement at my location, so Alton Area Towing & Repair towed my car to a nearby shop. The shop said they couldn't get to my car for a day or two, so I had the car taken to Alton Area Towing & Repair. They did the diagnostics and determined it needed a new battery which was no surprise, because mine was 7 years old. They also found the alternator had failed, which was no surprise because other Hondas of that type and age have also been having a lot of alternator failures. They replaced the parts and had me back on the road by the end of the day. They even managed to save me a couple hundred dollars on the repair. I am completely satisfied with their service and I highly recommend them. It's great to find a family owned business that's professional, very competent, and trustworthy. Well done.”

“Recently had a great experience with Bill and Joe's towing my vehicle actually broke down in their cottage hills parking lot on Thanksgiving. Instead of placing it in impound or doing anything that could have hurt me financially. They gave me ample time, leaving my broke down car in their lot and then bought it from me outright when I got my paperwork together. Thank you Bill and Joe's! You guys rule!”
“Needed to get a car towed on the spur of the moment. I called around to maybe a dozen or so places, each with their own levels of pricing/customer services etc. Rozelle answered and was very professional, took my information and within five minutes had called back with a quote. After comparing all the quotes and levels of service I’d receive (based on how they fielded my initial call) I felt bzelltowing was the best. 60/200$ less then any others that quoted.
After a couple of prompt calls and texts Rozelle and I ironed out details and we were off the races. He arrived promptly when he said he’d be there and was kind and personable. Great guy to work with. Picked up the car without any issues, knew what he was doing and had the car home safe and sound. I even asked if he would put the car as close to the door as he safely could and he nailed it!
Had a few slight hiccups with payment on my end and he was kind and professional throughout. Resolved the issue, had a receipt and he was off. Great job!
Overall very professional and kind with great prices and a positive punctual attitude. I will be using this man for my future towing needs without question. A+”
“My 21 year old daughter had just left us from Texas, flew into St. Louis, got to The Parking Spot and found she was stranded with a flat tire and the lug nut covers were stripped. After a failed attempt to get the covers off, Mike loaded my daughters car and her into his truck and took her to the only tire service facility that we could find. We were trying to help from 14 hours away and felt helpless. In this day and age, you don’t know who is trustworthy! When he arrived at the tire place, he refused to leave my daughter there by herself because it was sketchy! He took her to a safe place, removed her tire himself and sent her on her 2 hour trip home! “I had trickeys towing haul my f150 for me. Thay told me it would be about a hour before some one can get my truck. i was ok with it being it was at my house. just would not start needed to get it to the shop. Got of the phone and driver showed up 15 minutes later I was very impressed with the speedy response. Being that I was not expecting them for an hour and they showed up in 15 minutes. Driver.
