“Equipment is equipment, it works or is doesn't and it was perfectly useable. The folks you have working there on the other hand, kind of make or break the experience. The people I've interacted with this particular location are pretty awesome. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Not sure you could ask for more.”
“The best around! Does not get any better. Quick response time. Customer service is top notch. If you need hauling services, rock or gravel save you time and money and call them first!!!”

“The manager, Steven Jackson, was absolutely phenomenal. He was kind, genuine, and very helpful. I had the opportunity to interact with him on several occasions and even though the days were horribly hot, humid and uncomfortable, Mr. Jackson never let that affect his mood. He remained cheerful and positive which made the aggravating circumstances I was dealing with so much more tolerable. I hope all managers at U-Haul are modeled after Mr. Jackson. Thank you!”
