Hirschbach is a great place to work and is not your typical trucking company. Many drivers report being treated with fairness, respect, decency, and like family. The staff is excellent, very professional, friendly, and personable. Mechanics are knowledgeable and dedicated. The facilities are clean, with good restrooms and shower rooms for people and pets. For some, it is the best company to drive with, offering good pay. The training program is excellent. The company tries hard to keep drivers comfortable and happy. However, the home time schedule may not fit everyone, typically offering home time every other weekend. For drivers wanting more frequent or extended home time, it may not be a perfect fit. Overall, many drivers have had very positive experiences working for Hirschbach.

I've heard that this company is only offering $90 a day for training pay! Any truth to that? If that is what they are offering they way way too low in this trucking industry!

Excellent staff, very professional and friendly, clean restroom, shower room and they have pets shower rooms.
