Thank God, we had cell service to find a towing company, and thank God again a man from this company was about to help us in such a time of need! I was really trying not to freak out on the phone for the sake of my children in the backseat listening very intently, but also by the grace of God a police officer happened to see us and stuck around for our tow man to easily find us and save the day. “I drove a UB (Snopper) truck all the way from VA. It's a cab over Mack, sort of a rare bird. I broke down after normal business hours at a Kwik Trip on Sunday, blocking their diesel truck pump. Googled, first place I called didn't want to deal with it. He referred me to these guys. Lucky me. Family place, guy on the phone was one of the owners and the guy he sent was his nephew. They got there fast, in the time he said he would, even dropped me off at a hotel and picked me back up the next day. They had to order parts from 2 different places and had me fixed the next day. I only lost 1 day. My in house shop in VA wouldn't have fixed it that fast. Fast, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Kept me informed throughout the process as well. Great communication. Top notch.”
