I recently had the pleasure of visiting ACME Truck Brake and Supply Co. in East Dundee, Illinois, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of service and expertise provided by their outstanding team.
From the moment I walked in, Tim and Adam went above and beyond to ensure I had a seamless experience. Their knowledge of truck brakes and parts was truly remarkable, and they took the time to answer all my questions with patience and clarity. Tim's friendly demeanor and Adam's attention to detail made my visit exceptionally pleasant, and I left feeling confident in the products I purchased.
I must also commend Farley for his unique approach to customer service. While Farley's demeanor may come off as abrasive initially, his expertise and straightforward communication style proved to be incredibly helpful. He cut through any unnecessary details, providing me with the precise information I needed to make informed decisions. It's evident that Farley is passionate about his work, and his no-nonsense approach ultimately contributed to the efficiency of my visit.
The extensive inventory at ACME Truck Brake and Supply Co. impressed me, reflecting their commitment to meeting the diverse needs of their customers. The combination of a well-stocked inventory and a team of knowledgeable professionals makes this establishment a go-to for all things related to truck brakes and supplies.

Service is zero. As soon as I went in Farley(di*$head) started to show attitude. I wanted to use hand napkin that was in the reception desk . He immediately said NO (multiple times and loud). At first I was confused as I didn't understand if he was being greedy about napkin or was saying no for other reason. So I tried to get the napkin again but he said no and removed it!!! All I was trying to do is get the old part so that my hand doesn't get dirty. But no he actually made his own hand dirty by being greedy to piece of paper lols( stupid).Further he didn't fail to disappoint me more by saying our company is not registered with them, yet we bought many parts before..When I said I will call my boss to check he was like getting annoyed and keep saying doesn't matter because you paying by credit card ...well it does matter as we can be tax exempt when we buy from our shop account.Once again I tried to ignore him ... well he gave me fuel filters which is totally different and that I noticed when I went to my car for loading. So I saw another man walking outside the shop , so I wanted to ask him if I'm checking it right as filter is totally different from part number to even how it looks.So I went back in and this time di*$head Farley started to treat me as dumb as me without asking any questions he started saying it is the same part ...so I tried to explain yet he keep interrupting me saying "so the guy outside you ask know for sure" what a sarcasm... I think it is time for this di*$head to resign and stay home if he can't handle basic customer service basic interaction...Well I don't think it is nice place to go and buy your parts

this place is great. employees always go above and beyond! they are very knowledgeable about everything. they are the most friendly group of guy's especially FARLEY! He should get a raise cause he always takes care of me and the company and anyone who walks through their doors. when I go to acme I know I'm in good hands and gonna get the right part for my truck/trailer to get the job done. good job guys keep up the good work!

First off whoever decided that Acme needs to open their second store at this location is an absolute genius, since it is right in the middle of tons of truck repair shops.I genuinely am glad that this store is here, I honestly couldn’t imagine how difficult it would be to for a repair shop to function with the amount of unforeseen needs for parts that come up through out the day.These guys are THE BEST, they know their stuff, always willing to help with parts or guidance of unusual issues that may come up in the heavy duty repair industry. Guy named “Farley” is one of the biggest highlights of this location, unique guy with a TON of industry knowledge and like I mentioned above, always ready to help 100%
