Excellent all the way around! We were in from Michigan visiting family and enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Aliano's. Great service, beautiful patio area that opens up to an herb garden in the summer! We will have to come back to have the summer garden experience. A+

Service has been off for the past year. Food is hit or miss. In our last three times here we have waited almost 40 minutes or more for our food after ordering each time, Also, each of those times we have been missing at least one meal when it finally gets delivered. Again, last night they forgot my meal, brought out the other food cold, and didn’t bring mine for almost 20 minutes. I told them to forget it. Never offered anything else like a bowl of soup or salad and no manager ever came to apologize. They offered me a tiramisu when I told them I didn’t want the past because everyone else was already done. I told them that I don’t want desert for a meal I never got. This seems typical as similar food and service issues have happened both of the other times we came here in the past 6 months. Ownership changed and maybe that’s the problem? Or lack of training for staff? We live 5 minutes away walking and won't eat here again.

This is a sneaky good Italian restaurant located in a small town. Food is excellent, service is excellent, and the ambiance is warm.

We were supposed to have a large order of desserts for our wedding but when we went to pick it up they said they forgot about it. Place has gone down hill since the new owners. Unprofessionally sitting at the bar every time Ives seen them. And treat there staff unfairly for the short comings. Old owner had more heart in the business and you could see that through employees. 0/10 with new owners.

Dining room seating was completely packed with discount patio furniture. I'm not sure I understand what was going on with the giant, white tarps covering the on side of the room. Our server, although pleasant, introduced himself 3 times and forgot one of our 2 drinks 4 times. Food was tasty but way overpriced.

My wife and I had dinner here last week and we enjoyed the dinner. Waylon ( spelling ?) was our waiter and he explained everything and made changes that we wanted to our meals without question. We're going back soon.Thank you.

Veal Marsala (spelled Marsela on the menu) arrived at our table with a tan-colored thickened gravy on Tuesday 2-13-24. I doubt there was Marsala wine in it. Tasted OK but more like American food you would eat at home. It didn’t taste Italian. I won’t come here for that again. Guessing they have cooks and lack an Italian chef in the kitchen. I’m wondering what the new owner as of May 2023 has done to maintain the food quality of the original owner. The glass of Chronology CA red blend was good. Service was excellent.

The staff is attentive and knowledgeable, enhancing the cozy and enchanting atmosphere. Aliano's goes beyond a meal, offering a journey into the heart of Italy, creating memorable experiences. A must-visit for fans of Italian cuisine or those seeking a delightful dining experience. I have struggles picking which amazing dish to enjoy each time I visit. If you're a fan of Italian cuisine or simply seeking a delightful dining experience, Aliano's is a must-visit. Hope you enjoy as much as I do (:

Aliano's is one of the best, if not THE best Italian restaurant in the west suburbs of Chicago. My wife and I enjoyed the Goat Cheese Bruschetta as a small appetizer while sipping on some amazing martinis. The Lemon & Elderflower martini was a perfect balance of sweetness that paired well with the apps, my wife went for Waylon's recommendation which was the Dark Night (Espresso Martini). Our entrees arrived in a timely fashion, we shared the Bucatini Carbonara and Chicken Parmigiana, both were exploding with flavor and we had enough to have lunch the next day. Our server was Waylon and he provided top notch service, even going as far to offer dessert for to-go since he knew we were full. Next time we come, we'll make sure to take some photos so you can see how amazing the food is. Thanks Aliano's crew!

Very loud, no salad or soup with meal, Alfredo sauce was not good and pricey. Would not return.

Had to ask for ice and water. Got warm water with barely any ice. Waited 45 minutes for our food and when we got it, we got overcooked pasta drowning in sauce, undercooked fish, and cold pizza. Strange presentation with cucumbers on the side of pasta dishes (that doesn't make sense) and strange tortilla sticks sticking out the food that wasn't even good. The meatball tasted like pet food, wouldn't even give it to our dogs. The food was either bland or way too strong. It was busy, not sure why. We tried for the first time thinking it was going to be great based on the reviews, but we were very disappointed. Server barely checked on us throughout the night but took off a dish on the bill. Did not take home any leftovers and definitely didn't want dessert.
