“I think they really need to stop plastic wrapping the clothes for laundry pickup. I can understand how it might seem more neat for the customer to pickup, but wrapping 50 layers of plastic around my clothes that I’m only gonna throw right in the trash (because you can’t even recycle that type of plastic) is such a waste. Do better Everything Clean please. It’s really not needed and I’m sure we as customers will all survive without just fine without the plastic. Besides that this is a really nice laundromat, the attendants are always super nice and the machines are clean and new.”
“Kim is The Best!!! My family has been coming to TJ Cleaners for years for alterations and they do such good work. You can’t even tell the jeans and pants were hemmed. Amazing work! The dry cleaning always comes out looking brand new. We travel all the way from Hoffman Estates to get our clothes dry cleaned and to get alterations. I would not trust any other place with our alteration and dry cleaning needs. Kim is truly the Best…!!!”

“Very good place, but there is a lady who works on Sunday mornings who has a very bad character and that's why sometimes people get angry because that's a bad reputation, oh, and we need to put something on the carts because people don't like us. He is using them and is doing anything to separate them, so they should tell them that if they are not occupying them, they should leave them free.”
“Excellent cleaner, great job at removing stains completely. Also very honest will tell you if your alteration can or cannot be done. Sometimes I leave things in my pockets, and always get my items back.”

We are talking Full Blown Fluffly Dresses, Suits and Yes even shirts. Coming on the Day before when Grandsons Suit was altered only to find out it was NOT PRESSED. Another late Arrival on my Dress. When I called I started conversation with you can say No. I will understand. Not only was he Pressed and Ready to Go, But the Tailor Hemmed my Extremely Long Dress and we picked up That morning. We have used Ace many times in past. My Husband's Tux delivery right to my Car as I am not a snappy walker. This Company is AMAZING ? ? Thank you so much”
