Just had a great experience with Phil from Lifeline Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling. Phil is a highly-skilled plumber and walked us through what we needed step by step and made sure that we were educated about how to maintain our new garbage disposal. He was respectful and kind and checked every other plumbing issue we had and completed our routine furnace check. We have been with Lifeline for years and highly recommend their service and products. I am definitely asking for Phil to come to our home when issues arise or just to do routine yearly checks of our heating and cooling. The tips that he gave us are going to help us maintain our home in a better way so as to save us problems down the road.

Absolutely awful, never again! After $1300 of repairs/diagnostic (?!) I paid in the past 1.5 yrs, they told me to just replace my sump pump system completely. They put in the wrong battery last year and could not troubleshoot the problem with inverter twice. Gave me an outrageous quote for a system replacement. When complained about the process was never called back by the technician. Needless to say, went with another company with the replacement for ~60% of their estimate for an equivalent system. Stay away, you will overpay for bad services!

Highly Recommend ! Nathan was professional, knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem and presented a quote to repair in record time. He put booties over his shoes upon entering my home and was prepared to cover all areas to protect my marble floor. This was not just any toilet … it’s a Toto Neorest with all electronic functions and he was well trained in troubleshooting the issues. Finding a company that provides prompt service, protects your surfaces and has highly trained technician's like Nathan is like winning the lotto !!!! I give them A+++++

Mike D was super friendly, informative, and a pleasure to work with when my water heater died; in just a few short hours he got everything set up and we now have hot water again. I'm a repeat customer (Lifeline installed my new AC earlier this year) and Life Club member, which was worth it as I needed a new water heater and it saved me $200. Highly recommended!

Nathan was amazing! We called at 10:30 am about a leaking disposal and they were able to fit us in by 12 pm. He was efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable regarding the concerns we had. He provided various different options for replacement and explained the differences throughly. Greatly appreciated!
