Huh, these people are crooks, literally. Not only is their service impersonal, they charged me a 68 yo woman 175$ for a senior tax filing! It literally took 3 min to work up.
Then I went into the hospital after getting their bill. Told them I would pay it the following month. I DIDN'T have a chance to. They ILLEGALLY took the funds out of my account, with no authorization and they did not inform me they were doing it. I was going to pay it next week when I get paid

One of the best business decisions I've made was hiring Motl to handle accounting and bookkeeping for my growing small business. I wish I'd done it sooner as I'm able to use my time so much more productively!!! I'm a contractor. I read blueprints, not spreadsheets. Thanks for another year of superior service James and Shellye!
