The worst of the worst. Go somewhere else unless you want to be ripped off. All around a shady business.

About 1 1/2 years ago, I placed an order for my very first brand new car. I have been gitty with excitement for such a gluttonous yet very exciting purchase. About a month ago I finally got the email with my VIN and build date. Last week Ford sent me 2 emails. First saying my Bronco is built. The next, telling me it shipped to DUNDEE FORD and it would get there on my 50th birthday! DUNDEE FORD would then reach out to me to finalize the sale.. DUNDEE FORD did indeed get my order, but they sold it to someone else on 10/23. Im sure they made quite the profit on it..I spoke to the General Manager, Alec Freeman..He told me the car was never mine. I then received an email shortly after from DUNDEE FORD with confirmation of my deposit refund. The order is now closed since the car is sold (again, not to me). Fords reply was to wait until the orders opened up and try again. #FORD #BADBUSINESS @Ford Motor Co #fordmotorcompany #Ford Motor Company

I had an upsetting experience when trying to finalize a sale of a commerical vehicle. There was a fee for a feature I really didn't need or want for $299. I had asked the Sales specialist if they can remove it since I have no use for it and he got the approval of the manager to do so. Then before the sale price was even agreed upon or finalized, they moved forward on running my credit, which now took a hit! After refusing the OPTIONAL warranty product they put the $299 fee back on and told me since I declined the warranty, they will not honor the fee that was originally removed. It's not about the money more so than going back on their word. They let go of a $40k+ sale over $299

I purchased a used 2020 Ford Fusion Hybrid on May 3 2021. The sales staff was professional and we were able to come to an agreement on price, I took the car home, but agreed to come back the next day with my wife to sign her portion of the paperwork. During the first few hours the portion of the drivers side door handle fell off. Upon returning I asked that this be fixed, I was told sorry that's impossible to get that part and you already drove out the door its your problem. I then asked about the second key fob that I was promised, " it has to be ordered we'll call you once we receive it". I've called several times left messages for Dave Zaprev and twice even was able to speak top Dave. He told me that he would have the service manager drive out to my home to program the key. Nobody ever called, and Dave no longer seems to answer his phone, because I've left him multiple messages to no avail. I'd say if you purchase a car or truck t from this group make sure you get everything promised before you drive away. I guess this is just another sign that service no longer exists.

Would not recommend this service department at all. They had our work truck for over a month, communication was terrible and promises of completion dates were missed regularly. Then we get the truck back and 5 minutes down the road it is doing what it went in for, transmission issues. have emailed and called and they will not take our call now. Worst dealer experience I have had in my 10 years of being an asset manager.

The absolute best service technicians in the business! Honesty and integrity are rare these days, and especially in the automotive industry, but this is the place you want to take your vehicle to get repaired!

I purchased my food Edge with Dave at Dundee ford back on February 9th 2022. The purchasing went well BUT now the car within 2 weeks has an issue going into park due to a micro switch recall issue back in 2013. I went to the ford down the street from my job as my car is under warranty. I go I there and there are two problems ... panoramic sunroof seal is actually missing (so they likely removed it at the dealer to sell without fixing) and the micro switch which prevents car from actually going PARK! I'm told it's u see warranty so all covered. As it turns out Dundee never sent in paperwork to transfer title and it's still under last ownership's name. So now I'm out the diagnostic BS fee $185 and the parts and labor which is approx $995. I called Dundee to reconcile the issue and told they will take care off and call back ....... I've now called 6 times and leftb emails , spoke to service ave front desk person. I didn't get babe t both were women and was told they would reach out to my salesperson and get right back to me.... It's now been 3 months no call back, no email, no message!!! Suggestion ... this place doesn't care apparently about their customers once you've signed your purchase contract. My advice don't waste your time unless you want a lemon or awful customer service! It's sad when other Ford dealerships know your dealership due to past customer complaints.

Great dealerships to get your vehicles worked on. Friendly staff & very knowledgeable technicians. I needed recall work on my explorer & they fixed it with quality parts in an timely manner. They also fixed a few other things that I didn't know was broken & the prices weren't horrible (priced like an independent shop). Everything is perfect on my vehicle. I'll never go anywhere else to have my explorer & Lincoln fixed. I'm very happy with the work done.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I walked in to the dealership a day before looking for a mustang and the sales man Mohammad helped me out look at a vehicle that I liked. I let the salesman know I was really interested but that I would come back the next day to try to negotiate as I noticed lots of aftermarket modifications from quick glance. The next day I came and asked to see the vehicle on a lift. I noticed the vehicle needed tires and that it had a full modified exhaust and air intake. As I was looking over the car and pointing out the faults the technician even agreed and with winter around the corner he recommended to buy some winter tires. I agreed with the technician and let the technician know that I am also a technician and have previous experience working directly with Ford. As I walked to the salesman desk the salesman wanted to take a credit application. I asked the salesman that before we do this that I need to talk numbers as the vehicle has after market modifications and there is no guarantee this has affected other components of the vehicle, such as, engine and or transmission. Also the vehicle needed tires. I also noticed on the Carfax presented by the salesman that the vehicle was exempted from an emissions test. The salesman did not know what to say about this. This obviously threw a red flag as this custom exhaust has no catalytic converters. The salesman was at least trying to put new tires for us so we can take the car home safely. He approached his manager about this and the manager then approached us. The manager approached us with a very bad attitude and did not want to work with us at all. The manager came up and told us that he will not change the tires and will not work on the price at all. The manager did not seem to know about cars as he described the tires on the vehicle as performance racing slicks. I being a tire technician at the time am well aware of what racing slicks are and these were regular cheaper all season tires. We pointed this out to the manager and he did not care. He simply did not wanna come down on price or even change out the tires to help out at all. I thanked them for wasting my time and walked out the dealership. The other manager that spoke with me the day prior was walking in and wondered as to why I was leaving. Being very disappointed with the dealerships attitude I walked straight out and did not say a word to him. This is very upsetting and disappointing as one of my good friends bought a mustang from this dealership years ago and recommending them to me. This friend was also present during this ordeal and felt very disrespected as well. We do not know why they behaved this way but I will not recommend going to this dealership.

I went to the fast lane to get the “works” oil tire rotation and fluid checks. I was told it would take 1 hour it took 1hour and 20 min. Not a big deal except when i when into the office to get my keys i was told they couldn’t do tire rotation be cause “the lug nuts were swelled” . 45 yrs of driving as well as working a a service station years ago i have never heard that. You think a ford dealer would be able to remove tires. I drive quite a way for service here because I purchased the vehicle there. I wont be going back for service as well as any vehicle purchases.

Ron was so very helpful. I needed some roadside assistance and he helped me tremendously both on the phone and when I made it to their shop. I would definitely come back and would recommend their services to anyone I know. Thank you, Ron!
