Today I came in to the gas station to get some beer and tikaya was so aggressive that we’re not selling any beer but the stop selling beer it was until 2 am but she was refusing to sell the beer until she call another crew member and told her the hrs but she was still raising her voice and told her to stop and she was grab your stuff and get of of the store because and I was waiting for my friend and she was keep been so loud and respectful to get out off the store because she was on the phone talking and she wasn’t able to talk

It’s a nice place would give a 5 star but I broke down went inside to ask for the address so I can get a tow had to ask the guy 3 times for it guy seemed out of it

worst experience ever at this location the food on the hot plate was dry i asked cheryl who was in the kitchen if she could make me a fresh sandwich and with a attitude she said no and i was also playing slots in the game room i seen a mouse run across the game room

Thorntons are the gas stations that I always use and at this location #304 100 East Dundee Ave I had a bad experience, normally when you put your phone number on the pump it automatically gives you your discount of 5 cents per gallon and in this one it was not given to me and I went to pay inside the store (the gallon cost 3.79) and it appeared 3.79 on the screen that I did have the 5 cents and doing the math they only gave me the points but not the 5 cent discount and in other Thortons I never have that problem (for those who might think that it is only 5 cents per gallon, I spend more than 60,000 dollars a year on gas and diesel)

I always use this location because I lived close by, todo put gas in my truck and then I bought two energy drinks and after that I noticed the one of the energy was open,, so I went back to the gas station and explained to the attendant and just looked at me like so? Is the energy or how much I paid, customer service is sucks

I really like this location- It's clean and the employees are always consistently stocking and straightening the store. Love the food and Thornton's offers great deals for rewards members- Right now its a week of free hot dogs for National Hot Dog Day (yeah- it's a thing). FREE IS FOR ME! I've gone every day to try a new flavor... Today is a Firecracker sausage, loaded with jalapenos and onions :) Hot dogs for breakfast are the best!

This gentlemen is very disrespectful I wanted to buy tabaco from this gas station and he did not want to sale it to me because I had send my husband 1st we always buy here same African American female sold us tabaco many times I went inside with my ID the tabaco was originally for me he had a nasty attitude disrespectful not selling me a tabaco product but he allow me to get gas it’s unfortunate that some employees want to over due there job when we been coming here always the way he conducted himself it’s not ok nasty attitude and telling me to leave so disappointed poor attitude for a manager representing this gas station

1st of all I just wanna say that there’s many issues and problems at this location. But the one I wanna address today is that we have unprofessional management that are currently employed at this store that are abusing power with coworkers {Example }instead of having a simple and professional conversation requesting if they can come in and cover them. But forwarding a message to be past along through another coworkers instead of properly useing proper communication skills as a manger. A manger should be held accountable to uphold professionalism at all times, while being accountable for things that they aren’t doing correctly.At the end of the day asking someone to cover you at work isn’t a demand, it’s a request. Thats why we have schedule’s and times that are made so we can plan out are work week and personal lives. But managers abusing power and not properly doing there jobs isn’t ok!Hopefully corporate steps in and takes this matter seriously. A manger should be held to the same Standard if not more with being a manger.. hopefully someone reads this and looks into this bc I’ve seen to many hard working coworkers leave and quit bc of these types of issues that just keep occurring. If you want things to get better you gotta fix what’s really.wrong.
