We recently had our car serviced here. The customer service was great! They took the time to explain what exactly they were doing, we were given updates throughout the time our car was being repaired, and they made our car look brand new on the inside and outside. The staff there are very kind, friendly, and accommodating. I would highly recommend!

My truck was recently rear-ended and I took it to Caliber East Moline. Outstanding customer service all the way around. From the moment I dropped my truck off. So professional. I got updates about what was going on and when it would be finished, and yes, it was done early. Special shout out to Mr. Lonnie Nellon, who really takes the time and shows his customers their vehicle is in good hands. He was very good about answering any questions I may have had. I give the whole place a 10 out of 10 and would highly recommend it to anybody. Caliber to get you back looking Sharp!!

Truly phenomenal service! The staff was extremely friendly and more than willing to help with what seemed like a difficult repair. Though I thought it would take a while for the vehicle to get fixed, I was pleasantly surprised by the speed and quality of services. Not only that, but they went above and beyond to make the car look brand new.

No issues with how quickly they got me in, or how they initially dealt with me. The problem was the unsatisfactory result. They returned my black vehicle with extreme 3 dimensional swirl marks in the paint. I took it back and they got it better, but it still had these severe swirl marks that they created with their buffing process. They will not get a 3rd opportunity, and I cannot in good conscience recommend them to anyone. Inexcusable that my vehicle would be returned to me twice with the paint finish in the condition that it was in. UPDATE: They reimbursed me for a detail that was done by another facility. They were able to get the finish substantially better. Can't completely hold it against them when they tried to do right by me as a customer. Thank you Daniel Valencia for trying to make this right.
