I was paying for 4 lines for over 8 years now suddenly they canceled one of my numbers and I had to pay to get back my 4th line with different number ,while my canceled number was given away to someone. Weird.forgot to mention that the lady in charge at this location Shakira was very helpful and welcoming and she is a 5 stars person. Thank you Shakira.

The associate was Rude! I have never seen someone that is in customer service be so rude. Go to a different Cricket store if you use cricket.

So my five stars is not for the whole store.. But for one person.. OMAR!!! My husband and I are about 2 years into the iPhone experience and he has been with us every step of the way. He is polite, very knowledgeable, and patient because we asked a lot of questions with our upgrade. we Really appreciate him.
