The installer let me know when he was going to arrive. He was very professional and explained the logistics of placement for the device to get the best service. The internet works great for a rural area.

They did great work! I was working down the road so I let the tech in to do his job. He left the house clean and no trace of him even being here. I would definitely recommend derbynet to anyone looking for Internet. I'm excited for contract and our future business with them!

Salesman, Dylan and the install guy were great! Both were extremely helpful and competent in their respective roles- friendly, knowledgeable and quick to respond. So far our service has been fantastic and an upgrade to us for sure. We changed to their service for faster speed and an ability to run more devices with our signal. We can use two cellphones a kindle and one tv without issue. We haven’t had any disruptions in service, as of right now- but the weather has been warm and clear without any severe storms. The service is local and we like supporting smaller business when we can. We would recommend it to friends and family!

Way faster speed than previous provider. And no outages...Not sure how to act. Installer was very nice. Install was quick. He answered all of my questions made sure I could get all devises hooked up before he left. People in the office very courteous and helpful. it is nice not having to talk to someone across the pond.Would recommend to a friend!!!

Called on Fri night. Tech was there before lunch on Monday for new install. Jared was very professional and courteous. Answered all question and few hours later all hooked up. Speeds are a lot faster than had from previous service.HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The person who installed our internet did a wonderful job. He was very courteous and thorough. He answered all of my questions satisfactorily and the wiring on the house and in the basement look good. We are extremely satisfied with the internet services. We have several devices connected to the service and the speed is fast with no issues.

Being a New customer with a new Internet provider such a DerbyNet in my area has gone well. From the installation hook up to the service. They have great staff of people who work there that will help anyone. DerbyNet is truly dedicated to Service and Quality in what they do.

Quick professional installation, good speeds at a fair price. Just got hooked up a week ago and had zero issues thus far. Compared to my other options in the area, this is by far the best available.
