The best of the best! Corry is so talented - I came in with some ideas for my wedding but she was so helpful in bringing them to life and making them so much better than I could have imagined. She responds quickly, is adaptable, and so easy to work with - I couldn’t recommend her more for wedding florals ?

Oh my goodness, there are not enough words to express how much I love Corry and Hignight’s Florist! When I was looking for a florist for my wedding on 9/28/24, my then fiance remembered Hignight’s as a florist his uncle used to go to. We were extremely lucky that Corry had an opening on the day we needed. Since my first meeting with her, I was 100% confident that she was the right person for the job. I had no idea about what I wanted for centerpieces or florals, just that I wanted a white wedding with some greenery and pops of blush. Within the hour, Corry knew exactly how to make it happen, and all within budget! She handled all the centerpieces, bouquets, boutonnières, arbor florals, sign florals and everything else. When I walked into the venue on the day of the wedding, I was blown away! It was breathtaking! Corry took away all my stress and anxiety and just handled everything with professionalism and a clear vision. She helped make our wedding magical and whimsical. She is so talented! I highly recommend Hignight’s Florist! Trust me, put your faith in Corry, you won’t be disappointed! On top of her talent, Corry is an absolute sweetheart! Let her make your dream wedding a reality!

Corry did the florals for my wedding and it was my vision but way better. I sent Corry my Pinterest board and then we had a meeting. My main concern was having bouquets/ florals being too white and having too many roses. I wanted pops of color and a variety of different flowers and Corry delivered beyond my expectations. I got so many compliments, the florals really elevated the venue and all the pictures my photographer took. I talked to Corry a few times leading up to the wedding and she was very easy to talk to and seemed excited for the event. A few days before the wedding she also sent me a few photos showing her progress on the bouquets which I loved and appreciated. Unfortunately, I cannot do a repeat of my perfect day but I would have Corry be florist again in a heartbeat. When I have future floral needs, I will definitely be returning to Hignight’s.

Corry was wonderful to work with! She is so kind and truly enjoys what she does. She met with us to plan our wedding florals in advance, the week of the wedding she sent pictures of the flowers to ensure they were what we liked, and she delivered the flowers and set up the flower arrangement on our door backdrop the morning of the wedding. She also had some flowers set aside ready for our details photos. Can't recommend Corry enough for anyone looking for a florist for their wedding!

They are the freshest, most beautiful arrangements. I received a Mother's Day arrangement in an envelope. I loved that this was sustainable, eliminating waste.

I suspect that if you're reading reviews, you mostly want to know about the flowers. Really quickly: the flowers were amazing. Everyone who saw them had something good to say.What I think really matters though, is how Hignight's treated me. You never really know what a company is like until something goes wrong. Well, something went wrong. I don't know if it was a computer glitch or human error, and it doesn't matter. What I do know is that they took charge of the problem before I even realized there was a problem, and everything turned out perfectly. I will absolutely use Hignight's in the future and have no reservations about recommending them to others.

Hignight's is by far one of the most talented and compassionate Florist Shops I have worked with! Living overseas with the military, it is difficult to find a local flower shop that is not an online company outsourcing work with generic arrangements and hidden costs. Hignight's had a lovely and personal website to explore. The owner Corry answered the phone right away and communicated with me through emails often. We had two occasions needing funeral arrangements in the Moline area, and Corry made sure the designs were exactly what we had envisioned with such personalized details and care! She sent beautiful pictures of the arrangements, which was so reassuring and thoughtful. It was comforting knowing that a real person was on the other end of these orders who truly took the time to listen, create, and deliver quality and elegant work. It is nice to know that we still have local shops like Corry's!

My Mom loved the beautiful flowers that were delivered to her from Hignights Florist for her birthday. She is a flower lover and misses seeing flowers during the winter months.

Corry was the BEST to work with!! I was pretty nervous to book a florist when I started wedding planning as I don’t know a ton about flowers but having something I loved was important to me. We met with Corry prior to booking to figure out what we like and don’t like, what our needs were, and decor options. I’m a very indecisive person and not knowing exactly what I wanted probably made Corry’s job difficult, but she somehow produced the most beautiful vision and put that together perfectly for the wedding! Leading up to the wedding she communicated so well and got decor taken care of day of. I highly recommend Corry—she’s worth every penny!!

Corry makes dreams come true. I was recommended by a friend to work with Corry for my wedding. She is absolutely amazing at taking a bride's vision and bringing it to life. She came to our venue and set up the tables and other special tables. She brings extras for the photographer for detail photos with rings and invitation suites. The florals brought our space to life! It was as if she took the picture from my brain and replicated it.
