Very disappointed it the dealership and my purchase. Multi million dollar company and can’t even get a second key for my expedition, vehicle has other issues as well they won’t fix because they don’t have the money.. This is the second vehicle I’ve purchased that only had one key. Won’t be buying from them again.

I had my truck towed to Kunes, in East Moline, 12/22/23. The closest ford dealer, per my extended warranty. I am Totally not satisfied with Kunes and their incompetentcy. After a week of it sitting in their lot, I had it towed again, to another Ford dealer in Princeton Il. $400 in two tows. My deductible for repairs is only $100.Kunes charges me $100 to tell me the sensor was bad. They wouldn’t fix it because they couldn’t get ahold of my extended warranty company. Zurich. A product (warranty) Kunes no longer sell. I asked them to fix it without the warranty and I would file my own claim with Zurich myself. They still wouldn’t work on my vehicle. Parry was not competent enough to stay on hold with Zurich. I called Zurich twice and got through. I asked Perry for the estimate so I could file the claim myself and he did not even have one prepared yet, so if he would’ve gotten through to Zürich, he didn’t even have an estimate to ask them to approve.I did not buy this truck at Kunes. I had to take it to the nearest certified ford dealer for repairs. Parry kept telling me that they are not a dealer. I wasted a week with them and couldn’t even get a loaner vehicle. With is covered by Zurich.I had my truck towed to Prescott Brothers in Princeton. I arrived shortly after the truck and Prescott had a rental car waiting for me. Prescott told me they were backlogged two weeks and they’ll give me a call when it’s done. No problem at all.

Not happy that my 2019 Ford ranger is having issues. But very grateful it’s covered under warranty. And because I’m having a repeat issue, even what’s not still covered Jen the service coordinator and Colin the mechanic went above and beyond for me.

Parry, all of the people i interacted with including both of the Techs, Alex and Shelby. Did an absolutely phenomenal job, on my 2009 Gt500 the fixed the wiring harness the right way on my car instead of throwing the heat shrinking tube on and then not actually shrinking it, i highly recommend them to anyone that needs work done on any of their vehicles

Service Department Trina take care of me the best she can. I only Deal with her. When it comes to anything with my car and truck. . But when I bought my car 2018 Dodge Challenger I purchased every insurance to cover my car front to back top to bottom. I personally ask if my car was totally covered I was told Yes. For some reason they haven’t been honoring there promise.. Cause I’m Paying for things I should not be paying for if I bought the insurance that was included into my car payment. Otherwise Trina in service is the best

I came there because my daughter car was guzzling gas so bad that I thought it was leaking gas. Since the car wasn’t giving out any codes they had to tinker with the car and ask me lots of questions on how we used the car, etc. They said the purge valve was not functioning properly and staying stuck open causing the car to consume lots of gas, caused by how we pumped the gas. They said, when my daughter and I fill up the tank, we continue to pump after the pump stops automatically when full. I explained that we did that to make sure we had a full tank. They explained that it stops because of that purge valve and continuing to pump and making it shut off a 2nd time or more, caused the purge valve to malfunction. They have a nice lounge to sit and wait if you so choose. I didn’t like the bottled water, it’s Spring water and it just made my stomach queasy. They have a cool little hot beverage dispenser, my favorite drink was the hot chocolate, it was rich and thick and delicious. They’re a 2 vending machines so you can have some soda or snacks while you wait. The staff there was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, and I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. They had my daughter’s car diagnosed and fixed all in the same day. When scheduling the appointment they were booked out a whole week which was better than what Sexton Ford had to offer by far! So far we have been driving the heck out of her car and it’s back to consuming the proper amount of gas, a little bit better than before if you ask me. Oh yeah I even asked if they could add an oil change to the work they were doing and they had no problems adding that to the work. I appreciate everything they did and explaining how the problem occurred for us in the first place, so we can avoid this costly problem in the future.
