“Reasonable price, and somewhat clean space.The bathrooms were ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE last time I went. I just had to use the bathroom and found myself holding my nose the whole time.Though it is a laundromat, and on that front, they're doing just fine.”
“I called Burke Cleaners today and spoke with Shyana to ask if they do alterations on military uniforms. She confirmed that they do, which was a huge relief. I explained that I needed a patch sewn onto my AGSU uniform and that I had a very short turnaround time due to my own procrastination. I completely understood if they wouldn’t be able to accommodate such a tight timeline.
Shyana told me that if I could get there quickly, she would check with John to see if he was willing to take on the alteration. When I arrived, I initially requested to have my uniform back in two days. To my surprise, Shyana told me it would take about 30 minutes.
Y’all—John completed the alteration on the spot, and I had my uniform back in 10 minutes! Outstanding customer service and truly above and beyond.
The whole staff is so welcoming and friendly. I can’t recommend Burke Cleaners enough.”

“Clean laundromat, I like that they have key entry for the bathroom because it cuts down on who's coming and going. Typically they're busy and have polite customers, never had any issues here so far. The employees are nice and pretty friendly. Has a nice location being centered off in the Iowa side of the quad cities.”
“After bringing in an item for repair an unavoidable circumstance happened just one of those things.
I asked the Lady who works here if something could be done about it she just said when I could pick up my item and I had her give me an updated copy of my claim ticket when I picked up my item the following week I was so happy to see the Lady did in fact honor my request I wish she would have said something when I dealt with her the week prior so I could have thanked her.”
“A very clean and well maintained laundry facility. The staff was very friendly and nice. While I was there, there was an older lady that was having a not of trouble figuring out how to use the machines. The staff member was so patient with her, and walked her through the process with a smile.”
“Cleanest laundromat in the quad cities. It's really nice on the inside, understandable prices on the machines and they also have a couple TVs in there so you can sit and watch whatever you please while waiting for your laundry”
“This place is neat and clean as a pin. I was here with a show at the arena and it's a short walk from there.Out of 20 washers and 21 dryers I only saw one machine out of order. However, BRING CASH. This is a coin operated laundry and although they have a working change machine there is no ATM on site. The nearest ATM is at the bus station across from the arena.”
“Nice little laundromat and gas station combo, I'm sure I'll be back again, nice washers and driers plus on the cheap side when it comes to doing laundry these days.”

“I used to go to this laundromat back in 2005 and I enjoyed it except back then people would smoke in there. Now in 2024 my washing machine is broken so I came back. It's nice. Get my stuff done quickly. Only complaint is that it's hot and stuffy inside and the bathroom could use a soap dispenser.”

“Chanie and Vennessa are AMAZING in the office. I stopped in daily to visit with them before I moved out a few weeks ago. Vennessa is so funny to chat with and so kindhearted. Before Chanie was here, this place was trash. It would be nothing without her, she has truly cleaned this place up and made it a nice place to live. She genuinely cares about the residents and the appearance of the park. She was the first person to ever listen to my needs and actually address them. She is kind and caring and an amazing manager and person!”

“One of the only laundrymats still open 24/7 after COVID hit. One down side is there isn't anyone available if you need immediate assistance. One night I just got done throwing laundry into the washer when my daughter dropped her sippy cup so her chocolate milk spilt out all over. I tried cleaning it up but there were no paper towels in the bathroom or next to the sink by the change machines.”

“My washer isn't big enough for my blankets so it's nice to have a laundry mat that has large washers and dryers.The place is always clean don't see half the washers and dryers out of order like alot of other laundry mats I've been too.Dryers work excellent no going home with damp clothes”
