Terrible and horrible customer service, they don’t treat black people well as they do to the white folks. They don’t think you understand what they’re saying in their language but some of us are translators or people that speak more than one language and can understand everything they be speaking on in their language. They’re extremely rude, terribly rude just beyond RUDE!! One of the employees saw this plus size black lady walk in and immediately shouted “OI” and shocked her head and had her eyes widened the whole time while staring at this lady up and down. I can’t and will not recommend this salon to my friends or my worst enemies. They over price so much but their work isn’t even good enough to be pricing the way they do. This salon is strictly just not for us colored humans, but if you’re white with money they’ll take care of you real good! God bless and keep yall fingers and toes safe! Don’t go if you love your pockets and fingers!!

I like the work they do, but twice now I’ve had someone ask me to pay before my service is done… he didn’t ask anyone else just me and I feel like it was most definitely because of my race. After that I completely stop going.

My mom has been going to Don and Luxury for many years. She doesn’t remember them anymore, but they always remember her and treat her so so well when we take her in. They remember stories about her and my dad, they make over her, and are patient with her. i came in from out of town for a pedicure and got the $45 dollar pedi, tipped in cash. later found on my bank statement i was charged $65… i called to ask about this and they were all very defensive and not helpful. if you are not a familiar face to them they will over charge you, be careful!Service: Pedicure

Excellent pedicure from a man - sorry don't know his name! Gave the best massage on my feet and legs I have ever experienced. When removing the dead skin from my feet it hardly hurt at all. Very professional and felt wonderful walking out of there. Will definitely return.Services: Hand & foot massages

Been a regular here for 4 years. My regular technician (who is AMAZING) was on maternity leave so I just booked a normal appointment for a fill with anyone available. When I got there, I sat and waited for 30 minutes with no service. No one apologized for the lack of service or even bothered to say anything to me. After sitting for half an hour, I just walked out. The owner tried to make excuses for the lack of service saying they were short staffed. They take appointments, but they don’t write them down and don’t care enough to honor those appointments. Walk-ins will be served before you which defeats the purpose of making appointments. I’m super disappointed that I have to take my business elsewhere, but I’m not paying for poor customer service like they have here.Our last few times at luxury nails have been less than desirable. My mother got a pedicure and a technician completely cut her toe open and continued to pick at the wound after it was bleeding. Most technicians are very rough with your hands and feet and you will leave with bleeding cuticles. I have seen many customers walk out of the salon frustrated with the lack of service over 4 years. It’s very disappointing to see such a beautiful salon fall under such poor management.

Did a dip manicure and some nails are darker than others and lighter as well. They didn't go all the way in the sides of my nails so I have spaces between the nail and skin that is indeed noticeable. I got a glitter blue, my nails look like I used a little girls glitter nail polish. Needless to say it's not worth $50 and I will not go back. She did not get a tip and now I have janky nails for the next month?

Very nice lady! Another gentleman said so much that I didn't really understand anything, I just understood that he wanted me to pay, I never saw him pay before finishing the job, the big problem is that in the painting part they don't paint the corners of the nails very well and they clean with their own nails, they don't wear gloves. I was ready to tip the lady well, but she just moved to another chair. I wasn't too excited, I'm really not going back. also the gentleman seemed to act rude for not allowing the correction, he just wanted the money that cost 70 bucks super cheap to pay even more! However, I wanted a good service, but painting the corners is important to finish a good job. I think they need to watch more videos on YouTube to learn more and not act ignorantly with the customer.They don't know how to remove the cuticle! They don't know how to paint the nail well, for example, they don't paint the corners of the nail well.. I think they should make a massage space because they are very good at itNote: I didn't understand it very well because I don't understand English wellBut I understood a little!Services: Pedicures

I should have looked at the reviews before I came :( the lady didn’t know how to paint nails she had polish in all the wrong spots :/ the man had to fix it but he made my nail shape thick and chunky I was thinking about having them remove them but since it was Memorial Day weekend I just kept it. Nails different sizes and the man stopped and started my nails about 10 times.

Tried to use this business.Walked in for an appointment with my daughter for two fills with gel polish, they said they could get us in, didn’t say anything about how long or if we need to wait. Well we waited 40 minutes and Nobody told me anything- horrible customer service -when I asked how long it’s going to be because they keep helping other people they said “oh we can get one of you right now”…. We had a limited amount of time and they just wasted it all. I understand appointments are good but they should’ve said how long it could be approximately to wait. I am a cosmetologist and that’s just basic business manners in the salon.
