They worked on my company vehicle with 1 issue, all was well. Thought we found a good mechanic. The next time we had 3 problems, I asked if he had it, assuming he could remember. Said truck was ready, so we picked it up and paid... issue not resolved had it towed back. Next day they call and say good to go. We picked it up and overheat once again. I asked them to do a pressure test and they said did no issues. 3rd time we pick up we over heat once again. Turns out it was the top hose from radiator to engine.... a pressure test would have found it. I replace myself and gave them one more shot with ac front and back on a 3rd vehicle. They fixed front ac but not the back. I asked why they can't write things down and he says we don't need your business. Wow okay. If you have a single issue and you know what it is great place. If your looking for simple trouble shooting and customer service not the place to go

Called the shop to ask how much an inspection on my front wheel hub will be. Lol the guy said $300 + labor to replace. I hung up on him cause I didn't ask how much a wheel hub replacement will be. I said an inspection. And that price is ridiculous.

Took my jeep in there to get it looked at. They called me the same day saying that the motor was bad and that they weren't gonna even mess with it. Took it elsewhere and they said the engine was fine. They were very unprofessional. Route 6 in atkinson illinois has trusted mechanics.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Guy said I needed a new key because of a security lock so I had a locksmith come to his shop and I when that didn’t work he said to take it to the dealership and that he wouldn’t work on it. Waste of time and money. It just needed a new ignition switchService: Battery
