What else could you ask for when it comes to a storage facility? Phenomenal hours, great location AMAZING DEALS and not to mention the staff. The woman who helped me get my storage unit settled and ready was an absolute angel! So so sweet and kind. Excited to be with Next Door Self Storage!

My brother is moving to the Quad Cities and chose to rent an 11'x40' gravel spot for his boat and car and an 11'x15' storage unit for his other household items. He drove up here from St. Louis on Saturday, April 12th. He arrived at the storage facilities at 1:19 pm. There was a lady in her car leaving, but she could not help him with getting his storage unit. She was going to be late for an appointment. She told him he would have to wait until Monday. No one from the business communicated he would not be able to take care of business. The website states they are open until 4 pm on Saturday. He drove all this way and had no place to store his items. We are very disappointed in the communication being inaccurate. His schedule to move will up here be delayed due to these unforeseen issues with this company.

I arrived after a 16 inch snowfall and the lot was plowed. There was a manager or knowledgable employee there on Saturday and Monday even though it was brutally cold outside. Friendly and helpful. We are off to a good start.

I’m a new customer, but the staff here is great. They are very helpful and courteous. The place is secure and clean. Monitored 24/7.How about a update to this. After being there for a month. Unit got broken into. Not sure if the cameras work. They don’t allow anyone to see them but the police and corporate. So be sure to file that police report.But I’m the plus side of things, the employees walk the lot every morning and will let you know if you got broken into.??♂️

If you have anything of value, please do not store it here. Our vehicle has had very expensive parts stolen TWICE! Police reports have been filed. There are also no cameras keeping an eye on vehicles and no locked gates to keep them safe.
