Worst experience of customer service, waited a month for a container, when they finally decided to deliver it, I waited 5 hours for them to show up. Called twice got voice mail. Finally a text message from them that said they couldn't deliver because the hill was too icy. That's 4 hours after they said they would be here. Not even a phone call or apology for the inconvenience.
