David gives an ACTUAL deep tissue massage. Two days post massage and all of the chronic tension spots I have feel WAY better. He explains muscle groups in the tension spots and how to stretch to prevent them in the future. I will be a repeat customer!

While the location was a bit hard to find, the class was FUN!! Instructor was enthusiastic and patient with newbies. I will definitely be coming back!
